"Be aware not all amenities listed are available. Front office people will huff and puff over the phone when you ask for extra towels (1st time calling and requesting). Basic amenities like TV and WiFi doesn’t work. They shrug it off and don’t do anything about. I went of the next day to speak to the manager about this his name is Luis and hung the phone up.
