"This hotel could be amazing, but needs some money spending to bring it up to standard. We didn't have anything too bad but plug sockets coming of the wall, drawers that don't open and leaky kettles don't give a great impression. Some other guests complained of bigger issues and asked to move rooms. Most importantly if you have young children this probably isn't the hotel (or destination) for you.
