He was happy to book us a taxi last minute for the next morning and explained everything very clearly. "We checked in late (midnight) and Alyssa was so accommodating and provided self check in (which was easy and quick). She is great and very helpful. The room is very clean, spacious, simple but aesthetically pleasing, and I love that the hotel is environment-conscious (ie: shampoo in a big dispenser instead of small plastic bottles which we throw away after use). It also smells great and realizing in the bathroom thanks to natural essential oil reeds. The surrounding area is okay, morning walk...

"Everything about this property was fantastic. The location was right in the middle of it all. Yet the hotel was peaceful. I found the rooms a smidgent dated. But super clean. The bell staff were superb and very hard working to go above and beyond. I would stay here again."
