"The apartment was in an excellent location and met our needs very well with the exception of the kitchen, which had only a 2-burner induction cooktop, coffee maker, refrigerator, and a traditional toaster (no microwave or oven). Paola was very responsive and helpful--we felt that we were in good hands. We parked at the structure on Via Roma, which was easy to find and use, and a reasonable walking distance to the apartment. We enjoyed our stay."

The house is comfortable, clean and cosy. The jacuzzi is also amazing thing on top of it. It's a good base for visiting many places in Umbria. It's possible to get from the house to provincionale road in 7 minutes."

Orvieto is a walking town, but the location was about as close as you can get to main attractions and still have some solitude. "Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful. "This is a beautiful home in a lovely setting. The pool is a perfect size for a group of 4 and the property has a gorgeous view. We appreciated the fans in each bedroom for the warmer nights, but being a stone house, it was never too hot to sleep. We loved spending time outdoors and had most meals under the pergola. The caretakers were lovely, kind people who responded immediately when we had a question. The caretakers also brought a flyer advertising the festival taking place in the village...
