Around the property there are paved areas, an English garden and the large park of approx. 4000mt characterized by the typical plants and vegetation of Maremma. The round pool with the breathtaking view is the highlight. The context is very well cared for, nature is the master and therefore it is easy to be immersed in silence, having one of the most beautiful beaches of the promontory at your doorstep. The beach can be reached in 5 minutes and offers bar and restaurant and beach facilities. Private parking for 2 cars.
Tourist tax: €2 per person per day

A small private swimming pool is available to guests.

Ideal for two families or group of friends (maximum 9 people), it consists of the main house and a guesthouse , which is a separate self containde apartment. A swimming pool and private parking complete the property.
INTERIOR:
We are greeted by a very large living area with TV corner and fireplace, then the hallway, which leads to the kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large panoramic terrace and solarium. A few steps from the villa we find a delightful annex, consisting of: living room with sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom. The strong point of the property is definitely the outdoor spaces. Attention to detail, with pergolas, barbecues, dining areas, lounging areas, fruit trees and fantastic belvederes offer striking views of the islands and provide enchanting sunsets.
