The apartment has all the sunny, is located in the charming Residence Cala Piccola, Argentario, one of the most beautiful coastal areas of Tuscany. Rooms: kitchen / dining room and living room with TV. 3 bedrooms: a single room (bunk bed), a lovely double bedroom , a bright double bedroom (plus sofa-bed + camping bed). 1 bathroom with shower + washing machine and 1 service Wc. The 20 mq.c. terrace, which is accessed from both the living room and bedroom, is comfortable with a dining table and a small barbecue, and slightly separated, there are two lounge chairs on which to sunbathe and relax. The view is wonderful. In front there is the Giglio island, less than one hour by boat, and the small Monte Cristo's Island. You can enjoy the sun all day, until it disappears behind the Elba Island, offering stunning sunsets each evening.
The house is cozy, bright and functional. White and turquoise interiors extending to the blue of the sea.
Break away from the daily stress, regenerate in this environment and in this house, with the green of our Mediterranean, the blue sea and orange sunsets, will leave a mark beautiful and unforgettable memories of this holiday. Included: water, electricity, air conditioning, wi-fi internet, shuttle service, 2 car parkings, 4 access to the beautiful deck level pool, access to bathhouse x 4 (bar and restaurant), 1 umbrella, 2 deck,1 mattress.

Eine super Woche
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit an der Cala Piccola. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist ein Traum. Das Baden in der Bucht und im Pool hat der ganzen Familie sehr gefallen.

Eine Ferienwohnung zum Verlieben
Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Der Blick von der Terrasse ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Ein Traum! Die Eigentümerin Serena war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Es gab während unseres Aufenthalts einen Kälteeinbruch, sogar Heizdecken waren vorhanden. Die absolute Ruhe schätzten wir ebenfalls sehr. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

Traumhafte Lage
Man kann sich auf der Terrasse gar nicht sattsehen. Wohnung ist top ausgestattet. Vermieterin ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Tolle Lage, um die Halbinsel zu erkunden. Sehr zu empfehlen! Bei unserer Buchung über Fewo-Direkt wurden die Kosten für Endreinigung und Bettwäsche/Handtücher erst nach der Buchung ausgewiesen, offenbar ein technisches Problem.

Ein Traum…
wir waren Anfang Oktober für 11 Tage zu Gast in Serenas Traumimmobilie: wir haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen, der Ausblick auf Gilio ist natürlich (insbesondere beim Abendessen oder beim Sundowner im nebenliegenden Hotel) unschlagbar! Die Terrasse hat dank ausziehbarem Tisch und ausreichend Stühlen Platz für 10 Personen zum Essen gehabt (für unsere Gäste perfekt). Monte Argentario bietet neben Traumstränden (Feniglia) auch von der Meeresseite (Bootsverleih bei Zeurino) eine Menge zu sehen. Ausflüge nach Rom, Grosseto, Bolsena, Siena usw. sind mit Auto oder Bahn von Orbetello aus super machbar (und danach noch eine Runde durch den Infinity-Pool des Hotels, 50 Meter vom Objekt entfernt…)

Es wurde uns nicht erzählt, das das Restaurant um diese Zeit geschlossen ist. Dadurch war auch kein Zugang zum Meer möglich.

Vue imprenable, maison conforme aux indications de l'annonce, situation calme, piscine à deux pas de la maison, seul bémol les adolescents ne peuvent pas plonger ou s'amuser dans la piscine, gardien très strict et le calme est de rigueur.

Un’esperienza unica
Posto spettacolare, appartamento con una vista unica. Siamo arrivati sabato mattina, appartamento subito a disposizione, un enorme grazie alla signora Serena che ci ha fatti subito sentire a casa, appartamento pulitissimo e dotato di ogni confort, dalle cose più essenziali a quelle che neanche ti aspetti di trovare, ma che aiutano a rendere unica la tua vacanza. Mare stupendo e piscina praticamente a due passi. Un ringraziamento anche alla signora Alessandra che ci ha supportato in tutto ed alla signora Eva per l impeccabile servizio in spiaggia. Consigliatissimo!!!!!

Great location, stunning view
We had a great stay at Cala Piccola. The terrace is beautiful with the stunning view, so quiet and peaceful. The appartment is spacious, although the equipment/furniture is a bit outdated, the appartment is very comfortable and cosy. The facilities of the hotel; the infinity swimming pool, just a view steps away, and the beach with the sunbeds available are excellent. We are a family with 3 teenagers, for small children it is less suitable because of the terrace with a low fence and the rocky bay is not easy accessible for children. We would definitely recommend the appartment for people looking for relaxation and a stunning nature.

Stunning Location and Superb Hosts -
For our family - with a bunch of adolescents and our dog - it absolutely was holding everything we could have wished. Apart from this breath-taking sea view - which is continuously in motion - you have access to both a fantastic swimming pool and a cultivated rocky sea beach. All of this is immediately at hand and once you go out of Cala Piccola, there is the serenity of Monte Argentario which is an absolute beautiful (still relatively quite) peninsula. In let us say 25m drive you are @ mainland Tuscany...anything else wish Roel!

Wunderschöne Ferien
Wir haben das Appartement von Serena und Anna während der Pfingstferien im Juni gebucht. Die Wohnung liegt in einer wunderschönen Ferienanlage in einem Pinienhain. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einer der schönsten den man sich vorstellen kann. Der Hotelpool den man von 9.00 bis 20.00 Uhr benutzen kann ist 100 m entfernt und bietet ebenso eine grandiose Aussicht. Zur Badebucht sind wir immer mit dem Auto gefahren, mit Kindern in jedem Fall empfehlenswert. Das Meer an der Felsenbucht ist gut über Treppen zu erreichen. Das Wasser ist klar und optimal zum Schnorcheln. Die Wohnung hat zwei Bäder,eine zweckmäßige eingerichtete Küche. Geschirr ist völlig ausreichend vorhanden. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Zur Versorgung nach San Stefano braucht man etwa 10 Minuten .Das Verlassen der Halbinsel für Ausflüge dauert etwa 25 min. Wer Sandstrände bevorzugt findet nahe der Lagune zwei kilometerlange Strände. Die ganze Familie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen

Settimana da favola
Cala piccola...un paradiso per gli amanti del mare e della natura come noi!!consigliato a chi vuole staccare da tutto e da tutti e sprofondare in un relax totale in questa splendida villa a picco sul mare con una terrazza da cui si gode uno dei panorami più belli che io abbia mai visto! Grazie Serena ci hai regalato una vacanza che ha superato le nostre aspettative!!un grazie speciale dalla piccola Sveva,che dall'alto dei suoi quattro anni, ha già detto che vuole tornare qui al più presto!Susanna Sarmento

Magnifique
Magnifique petit appartement dont le point fort essentiel est une double terrasse exceptionnelle avec une vue sur la méditerranée et les îles à couper le souffle. Très belle piscine de l'hôtel à quelques mètres et la calanque à 5 mn de voiture, où le parasol et les chaises longues sont toujours disponibles. Accueil très sympathique. Les seules réserves portent sur la vétusté de certains équipements (frigo, clim, salles de bain) qui mériteraient une belle rénovation. Mais nous reviendrons !

SETTIMANA SPLENDIDA
Mia moglie Marina ed io siamo arrivati assieme al nostro inseparabile bassotto Brando il 16 luglio u.s. nell'accogliente ed organizzatissima casa a Cala Piccola della Sig.ra Serena. Dal terrazzo si gode di una vista mozzafiato sulle isole di Giannutri, Giglio, Montecristo Elba e .... perchè no, con un po' di nitidezza, anche la Corsica. Il Comprensorio immerso nel verde è curato in modo impeccabile e con grande attenzione da parte degli addetti. Torneremo sicuramente, se ce ne verrà data la possibilità, a trascorrere altri periodi in questa splendida location. Complimenti Serena perchè nella tua splendida casa ci è sembrato di essere un po' anche a casa nostra. Un affettuoso saluto da Marina, Giorgio.....e Brando.

vista panoramica mozzafiato!
penso una delle mie vacanze migliori!.. casa meravigliosa, pulizia e accoglienza eccellenti!.. pensate che mi hanno anche fatto trovare il vino fresco in frigo come pensiero di benvenuto. Non è bastata una settimana
Sono arrivato con mia moglie e il nostro piccolo cagnolino in questa oasi di pace e bellezza. Avevamo prenotato per una settimana ma non siamo riusciti a farla bastare. Per nostra fortuna si è liberata la settimana successiva è abbiamo prolungato il favoloso soggiorno...così abbiamo potuto visitare le favolose calette, i borghi eleganti e tipici. È così difficile lasciare questo nido con la sua incantevole vista!!! La Signora Serena è squisita e piena di attenzioni. Esperienza da non perdere

Vista incredibile
Quando le aspettative sono inferiori a ciò che si trova si è davvero piacevolmente sorpresi. Le foto della descrizione, anche se belle, non rendono comunque l'incanto che vi circonda....entri e ti sembra di stare sulla prua di una nave. Mio marito, che generalmente si rigenera solo in montagna, ha trovato questo posto un vero toccasana....ti coccolano in spiaggia, in piscina e come sottofondo le cicale. La Signora Serena è dolcissima e piena di premure. Cosa dire .... tornarci sicuramente!!!!

un angolo di paradiso
Cala Piccola e' un vero angolo di paradiso. C'e' tutto quello che occore per passare una settimana di vacanza: tranquillita', pulizia , silenzio , spiaggia attrezzatissima con piccola lingua di sabbia dove ci si puo' sedere per stare con le gambe al fresco, poi il tavolato direttamente sugli scogli quindi comodo e allo stesso tempo fresco perche' non a contatto diretto con la sabbia. Scogli per chi li ama e uno scoglio fenomenale da cui si possono fare tuffi in tutta tranquillita'!!! mi sono tuffata pure io che non sono un esperta nuotatrice. Appartamento fantastico, fresco grazie ai 2 climatizzatori, super attrezzato, cucina completa di tutto, proprietaria disponibilissima, piscina adiacente all'appartamento, parcheggio e strada comodissima che porta direttamente alla spiaggia . Insomma che dire, TUTTO SEMPLICEMENTE PERFETTO PER ME, MIO MARITO E I MIEI 3 FIGLI. Grazie sig.ra Pellari , torneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno in quanto e' uno dei pochi posti che e' piaciuto anche a mio marito e questo succede raramente.

Vacanza meravigliosa
Nel mese di giugno mia moglie, i miei due ragazzi ed io siamo partiti da Firenze per trascorrere una settimana ospiti della Signora Serena, persona gentilissima e disponibilissima. E' stato veramente un soggiorno gradevolissimo. La struttura consiste in un appartamento in grado di ospitare comodamente fino a 8 persone, dotato di tutto il necessario, curatissimo, completo di stoviglie, biancheria e televisore. Dotato anche di aria condizionata, sia in zona pranzo che in camera da letto,. L’appartamento è asservito da piscina, collocata in una zona tranquillissima del consorzio (di cui l’appartamento fa parte). Dalla piscina si gode di un incantevole panorama che ha come soggetti lo splendido mare sottostante e la veduta meravigliosa dell’isola del giglio. Non è descrivibile……si può solo ammirare……lo consiglio vivamente a tutti…….. La casa in questione oltre ad essere accogliente è dotata di un bellissimo terrazzino che gode di una posizione invidiabile, munito di poltroncine, tavolo e sedie, con un panorama semplicemente mozzafiato; dovunque rivolgi lo sguardo rimani a bocca aperta. L’isola del giglio, che è proprio di fronte, sembra quasi di toccarla con mano. I tramonti cui si assiste ogni sera sono veramente emozionanti. Abbiamo passato delle splendide vacanze, sia per il mare, che è semplicemente stupendo, sia per la valida alternativa dell’uso della piscina, sia per le comodità dovute anche alla facilità di parcheggio (C’è la disponibilità di ben due posti auto). Si!!!! abbiamo veramente passato una bella settimana e ringraziamo ancora una volta la signora Serena, persona che con gentilezza ed estremo garbo è stata sempre presente e disponibile per tutto il periodo di nostra permanenza. Vacanza splendida
Siamo una famiglia di 5 persone con figli da 10 à 16 anni ed abbiamo vissuto una settimana di pieno relax in un appartamento splendido con una vista panoramica mozzafiato. Siccome si tratta di una casa privata, c'era anche uno stile personale e si sentiva subito benvenuto.Non spesso abbiamo trovato un posto in cui tutto funziona: Aria condizionata, cucina ben attrezzata, piscina pulita e sorvegliata, ampio spazio fuori e dentro, frigorifero acceso e fornito di bevande all'arrivo - in somma: un 10 pieno e meritato! Noi senz'altro torneremo in questo posto meraviglioso ....
