"Had extended family (12 of us) all staying in one place including a toddler, young kids, tweens and 6 adults! The place was perfect for what we needed. The pool was a big win, excellent amenities in terms of crockery, glasses, cutlery kitchen equipment etc. Garden was lovely and we had almost no complaints. The only comment we have is that the property is very tired and must be very difficult for Marianne to keep clean by herself. This is not a major complaint from us as there were several...

Nous étions 20 personnes et on a eu de l'espace et chacun notre intimité. Le grand terrain nous a permis de faire de bonnes parties de football, bref génial. "The house is in a nice location. The open plan downstairs is very nice and the lounge area has been updated with new sofas and TV since the photos. The kitchen is a good size and very well equipped, so easy to stay home and cook meals if you don't want to drive to eat out. The whole house was exceptionally clean. And the owner was very helpful. The only thing that let it down was the upstairs - The nice large shower room next to the master bedroom needs a toilet in it as the only upstairs...

The accommodation in the basement of their home was very clean , the bed was very comfortable and had all that we needed. Although there is no kitchen, the microwave and fridge were available to us in the adjacent garage. "Off the beaten track but town only 6 kms away by car. Towels - only one large and one small per person for the week - although washer and tumble dryer available, and cotton bedlinen. Very old house, including antique door fastenings, but cosy and there are plenty of chairs and sofas to lounge in for that late night beer or coffee. Communication with the local manager was easy and so checking in and accessing the property was effortless.
