"Close to motorway. Secure parking. Friendly and informative reception staff. Clean room with well equiped kitchen. Well maintained. Comfortable bed, no noises effecting sleep. Breakfast buffet gave a reasonable choice of fresh food. Would use again."

"It was an absolutely beautiful apartment it looked like it had just been built yesterday. The apartment was a lovely size and it had a very spacious balcony to match. It’s about a minute walk from the beach The only down side I had with the whole place is the fact it had no air conditioning so the room got really hot when trying to sleep "

"Bonjour, Chambre appartement de qualité, vraiment rien à dire si ce n'est : - difficulté de joindre une personne en temps réel quand on est e cours ou en formation (les horaires d'appel sont limités) - l'hotel n'offrant pas la possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner, l'accueil du 1er jour (bouteille d'eau / thé / gateau) serait un plus s'il était proposé chaque jour. - un seul code pour le portail et la porte d'entrée notamment serait bienvenu (bref pour tous les accès) Merci"

"Cozy, comfortable and well-equipped apartment, with a nice backyard patio. The washing machine was a very appreciated plus for our long trip. Great location, close both to the train station and the old city center. Celine and Thomas were great hosts, very helpful with our check-in. "

"Property certainly didn’t reflect the pictures on the internet. The whole area is older from the 70’s. A noisy guest who talked and yelled all night didn’t help! "

"The shoe box size 2 bed apartment we were given looked nothing like any of the pictures and was very tired and shabby. Beds were used for sofas with well worn covers. There is an extra charge for everything other than parking which is included. We paid extra for sheets for the beds which of course we then had to make ourselves. "The checkin was ok but since I was 1.5h early I could not enter the room and storing my luggage was 4eur so they told me I could have lunch in the meantime. So I did but after ordering they told me I should move to another area because there was an event starting. So I did and then a big group of people did check in so o asked and they checked me in. If they had a chaotic afternoon they could have checked me earlier. The elevator wasn't working well and was being repaired. Other than that, the stay was great. The hotel is very nicely designed, a hybrid between hostel and hotel. The room was small but cozy. The bathroom was clean but didn't offer small towels. You can manage with the big ones. No hair dryer or iron, but it's a budget hotel so it's ok. It's close to the station. Staff was nice. Did not charge me with leaving my luggage after the checkout. I would come back!"

"Lovely 3 star! Stone throw from Gare St Roch if train arriving from Carcassonne platform!! Or 2 min walk from main staion!! We were well suprised that hotel was attached to a 5 star property (linking corridor)and you could enjoy the facilites of fab cocktail bar) etc Room decent size. Bathrooom nice, Kettle/coffee etc (No fridge) 10 mins walk to Main Place Comedie( Trams from hotel everywhere!) Great place!!"
