"Hi Isaac, The property is amazing, however there some issues we would like to point out: 1) the WiFi doesn't work. 2) about half the shower heads has no water pressure. 3) one of the four separate unit above the pool S.p.A. not have A/C. 4) the over at the pool-house does not work and shorts the power. 5) at least once a day the property looses power. We would appreciate you assistance, as we still have a few days left. Thanks "

"The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The terrace had a spectacular view and was perfect for breakfast or for a glass of wine in the evening. We loved the little town with its steep cobbled streets. We enjoyed walking to the trattoria on the square for morning coffee, and we were able to get basic supplies, including bread and milk, at the little shop there. Our host responded immediately to questions and was very helpful."

"Unless your sense of smell is limited please note the second bedroom is in the lowest leval/basement and it is continuously off gassing. If the door to the bedroom is closed completely the foul smell is not an issue. We absolutely loved the location and the owner is very easy to communicate with ! "This is a lovely cottage in a beautiful setting. The views are spectacular and it's very easy to get to from Rome. It's a great base for exploring the hills and even in November we could sit on the balcony in the sun. The village has a lovely bakery and good restaurants."
