Traumhaus an wunderbarer Lage
Wir sind begeistert von haus, menschen und Umgebung. Pippa hat uns sehr freundlich empfanen und die Gespräche mit Manfred (ihr Mann) waren sehr interessant und unterhaltsam. das Haus ist einfach nur schön, traumhaft und extrem stilvoll eingerichtet. Gerne haben wir uns darin, aber auch auf den Terassen aufgehalten. Wir würden sofort wieder dahin gehen. Wir waren noch nie an sooo einem ruhigen Ort in den Ferien. das einzige, was man zwischendurch hörte, waren der Esel oder ein paar Hunde, aber auch diese waren weit weg.

Stunning situation and lovely house
We were instantly attracted to the cortijo, it looked so different from a typical holiday villa, we were not disappointed. The setting is amazing with a backdrop of natural sierra, diverse trees and wonderful bird life all around the cortijo. We are very keen bird watchers but also look for comfort and an interesting environment including charming towns and villages, we certainly found all that at the finca and more. Pippa and Manfred were charming and helpful, on hand if we had questions but not intrusive, we felt very welcome but also very secluded which we loved. We count this as a real find and will certainly come back next spring.

Magical setting in wooded finca, very special
We were thrilled to stay at this wonderful place, even better than the photos. It has a very special atmosphere of relaxed country living with comfort and tons of charm. It felt like home with everything we could possibly need. Pippa was a great help with suggesting interesting trips and good restaurants in the area. We felt 100% relaxed when we left after the wonderful walks and swimming in the stunning pool. Definitely recommend a stay here to re-charge and luxuriate in the tranquility of the lovely nature.

Super summer holiday
Our family of 4 adults and 2 children stayed at the cortijo of finca al-manzil in August. It was a dream stay, the house is so atmospheric, comfortable and inspirational. We all found something special to enjoy, the well equipped kitchen for making lovely meals, the 1000s of books and dvds, the gorgeous swimming pool with magic view, the walks into the mountain, the visits to stunning historical towns, all wonderful. Pippa and Manfred were very helpful whenever we had questions but we had all the peace and privacy we needed. The finca is even better than the photos, we will definitely be back.
