The farmhouse in the "Podere Casa del Sole" was built in 2001 with particular attention to respect for the rural architecture of the area, with artisanal construction materials, with different interior and exterior colors. The property is located in the countryside of the Maremma, between the villages of Pescia Romana and Chiarone Scalo, known for the PDO cultures of melons and watermelons. The sea about 2 km is the setting for the countryside. The apartment of mq. 85 consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and porch, accommodates n. 4 people. The floor is handmade terracotta.
The apartment has outside a large portico with chestnut beams, furnished with table, chairs, deckchairs and complete with a comfortable barbecue.

What a special spot!!!
This was an amazing spot. The house was so private and tranquil. Just 7 minutes from the beach and just 15 minutes from Capalbio this was an ideal spot to spend our august vacation. The hosts were lovely and super helpful!! Loved it so much. Will book again next summer!!!

Wir hatten traumhafte, entspannte Tage in dieser sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Die netten italienischen Vermieter sind sehr diskret, aufmerksam und nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Vacanza bellissima in una casa bellissima
L'appartamento è veramente molto bello sia all'interno che all'esterno. Arredato con stile, molto solare, spazioso, ricco di particolari raffinati. Trovi tutto quello che ti può servire per passare una bellissima vacanza. Noi abbiamo sfruttato molto anche il patio esterno che si affaccia su un giardino incantevole. Posso assicurare che l'appartamento è veramente quello che si vede nelle foto! Un ringraziamento ai gentilissimi proprietari che ci hanno accolto e ad Andrea che ci ha tenuto compagnia con piacevoli chiacchierate. Vivamente consigliato!!!!

Ruheoase in Ideallage
Das geräumige Appartment ganz im Süden der Maremma liegt ausgezeichnet; in 15 Minuten wäre man mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrrädern am Meer, wir vier (zwei Erwachsene und die schon etwas älteren zwei Töchter) waren allerdings ziemlich bequem und haben mit dem Auto in der Nähe einen schönen, noch dazu kostenfreien Strandzugang gefunden. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Vermieter haben mit großem Einfühlungsvermögen alles zur Verfügung gestellt, was man als Urlauber braucht: von der Abdunkelungsmöglichkeit im Schlafzimmer über dichte Moskitonetze, Reparaturutensilien bis hin zum Bügelbrett. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit, diskret und ausgesprochen nett, mit Andrea haben wir viel gelacht und er hat uns mit tollen Tipps bezüglich Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, lohnender Ausflüge usw. versorgt, während Antonellas Kuchen eine Delikatesse waren. Wir werden die gemütliche große Terrasse mit der Hängematte und die absolute Ruhe in dieser grünen Agrikulturlandschaft vermissen!

Sehr schöne Appartment. Tolle Lage. Geschmackvoll.
Ein wunderschönes Appartment für 4 Personen. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern dort. Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir wurden mit einem Kuchen empfangen und zu Ostern durften wir Antonellas Dolce probieren. Typisch italienisch eingerichtet, geschmackvolles Interieur, auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und Spülmaschine. Toll ist die überdachte Terasse und der grosse Garten mit schönem Blick über die Felder. Die Bettwäsche wurde nach der Hälfte unseres 9tägigen Aufenthalts gewechselt. Die Vermieter Andrea und Antonella sind sehr sympathisch, hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und nicht aufdringlich. Die Lage ist ideal, nah zum Meer (mit dem Fahrrad 15 Minuten) und nicht weit zu sehr schönen Ausflugszielen mit dem Auto in der Umgebung. Die Quellen von Saturnia, Tarquinia, der Park der Maremma, Capalbio, der Tarot Garten Niki De Saint Phalle.... Auch bis Rom sind es nur 120km, mit dem Zug ist man dort günstig in 1.45 Std. Danke an Andrea und Antonalla für dieses hübsche Fleckchen, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Vero relax in un'oasi tra mare e campagna!
Con mia moglie, mia figlia di appena 1 mese e mia suocera, abbiamo trovato l'ambiente ideale per rilassarci due settimane a luglio. Da subito siamo rimasti colpiti da questa casa di campagna in pietra e cotto toscano, le camere dai colori pastello, il grande salone, il tutto ben arredato e fornito di tutto il necessario. Pranzi e cene (che grigliate!!) nel bel resede esterno, e poi il giardino dove il sole va a tramontare!! Peccato per le zanzare. Direi una situazione ideale per 4 persone. A 5 minuti di auto dal mare e a 10 dalla bella oasi WWF del lago di Burano con le spiagge piu belle. I proprietari, Andrea e Antonella, oltre a fornirci consigli utilissimi, sono due persone davvero squisite, gentili e disponibili. Un posto dove tranquillamente ritornare...

Sole, mare, tanto verde ed aria salubre
Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per un mese in questo splendido casale di campagna; i proprietari vivono in una porzione del casale separata e sono sempre stati molto discreti e disponibili nei nostri confronti, in particolare Antonella ci ha deliziati con torte e marmellate fatte in casa. La spiaggia più vicina è a 3,5 km dall'appartamento ed è facilmente raggiungibile con le bici messe a disposizione...il consiglio però è quello di pedalare almeno 6 km e raggiungere la spiaggia della riserva WWF del lago di Burano...spettacolare. Anche i nostri bambini, 4 e 9 anni, facevano volentieri un sacrificio in più per godere della quiete di questo luogo. La casa è dotata di tutti i servizi ad eccezione del condizionatore; noi non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno anche perchè si è rivelata piuttosto fresca; impagabile l'enorme veranda per fare colazione e pranzare nonché l'amaca e la doccia esterna. L'interno della casa è molto curato dal punto di vista dell'arredamento.....l'unica attenzione che abbiamo dovuto prestare è stata quella di chiudere correttamente le zanzariere prima del tramonto...in fondo siamo sempre in piena campagna. Ci tengo a precisare che settimanalmente ci è stato offerto il cambio di lenzuola e biancheria e che si dispone di un posto auto coperto.

Bellissimo appartamento, bellissima location
Bellissimo appartamento ancora migliore delle foto arredato con gusto fino ai particolari. Immersi nel verde, lontani dal rumore delle auto si gode di un suggestivo panorama e di un ottimo relax. I proprietari non hanno fatto mancare regali, consigli e tanta simpatia.
