"The photos made the space look great. In person, it was less impressive but overall a good experience. We still liked the layout of the room. But the bed is a little too soft, and the bedding well used. The name is not on the outside of the building, so it was a little confusing. They did send a photo of the door with the room access info that hadn't downloaded on my phone. Technically on the fifth floor, but there is an Entresol floor before the first floor - 120 stairs up. "Excellent place to stay. We had a 'self-catering' apartment at La Maison aux Bonsais. The sign on the door says 'Guest House'. The owner Luc (and his son Michael) were very welcoming. When we arrived the fridge and pantry were well provided, basically giving us breakfast for our five day stay (with a short walk to the nearby boulangerie).
