"Location, location, location. For me, this was great. I was traveling solo, in Paris for one night. I knew the toilet was shared and across the hall, and the space was small. It's very small, but it worked for me. Easy access to Eiffel Tower, restaurants and grocery stores. I used the Bus, Metro and my feet to get around. No issues. accessing the building. Very small room, but this worked for me."

"This place is ideal for two. You can’t beat the location! I knew it was close to the Eiffel Tower, but had no idea you could see it just up the street! Grocery store, metro, fantastic restaurants, flower shops, anything and everything you need. Gary is super responsive and accommodated a later check out by allowing us to keep our luggage in his place. We were super happy with our stay in Paris, and will return to this same place on our next visit. "

"Good-Beautiful view, close to train and restaurants. Needs improvement-heaters did not warm the apartment, no hand towels or wash cloths provided, took me a while to figure out washer/dryer settings, had to purchase washing and dish detergent. Bathroom with toilet felt dark and dirty. Welcome packet with instructions for appliances and things near by/recommendations would be nice. Inability to have visitors or be charged put a damper on the trip as we were traveling with another family."

"Lovely studio on the top floor. I had a small somewhat heavy suitcase and tote and it was a little climb with heavy things but that only went up on the first day. I was fine. There is a nice view. It is easy to walk to various places from the studio. There is a laundromat about an 8 minute walk. One of the entrances to the palace garden is on the corner across the street. Fred was really great at communicating with me. "

"Staying in this house was a fun and unique experience, that helped bring our family together. The house is the cleanest I have ever seen. The inside is modern with features such as automatically closing blinds, we found the owners to be very friendly and responsive. The yard is beautiful with a nice view of the French hill sides and both the grass and flowers are well maintained with a tree line defining the boundary of the yard.
