"The proximity to the Palace of Versaille was excellent. Facilities in the apartment are excellent. Marcus, our host, was extremely helpful. Be aware that the parking, which is on the streets, can be difficult and very expensive"

"After a long journey we were looking forward to getting into our property. Unfortunately first we needed to find they key which was attached to a gate quite a distance from the property. The instructions were unclear, so after 30 mins of walking to all the possible places, we rang Chicaparts. A grumpy person just repeated the same instructions to us over and over. "Cozy apartment with adequate space for our group of 3 in a quiet and convenient location. Walkable to the Eiffel Tower, Place du Trocadéro, and Passy station. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and boulangeries. Communication with management was easy via text and/or Vrbo.Access to the apartment required going up a spiral staircase to the third floor, which wasn't an issue for our group, though should be advertised for guest awareness. Overall, nice place to stay."

"Our stay was incredible. The apartment was clean, bright, and spacious. The location is great - close to the chateau and gardens and stores. Loic (owner) was incredibly helpful - he was so accommodating and welcoming. He knows we like horses and even offered to take us to the stade de France. Definitely 5 stars, and I hope we can visit again!"

"Staying in this house was a fun and unique experience, that helped bring our family together. The house is the cleanest I have ever seen. The inside is modern with features such as automatically closing blinds, we found the owners to be very friendly and responsive. The yard is beautiful with a nice view of the French hill sides and both the grass and flowers are well maintained with a tree line defining the boundary of the yard. A clean place with great amenities

"My girlfriend and I very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was in working order and well maintained. For light sleepers, it is noteworthy that noise level was kept at zero. We opted out of breakfast, but from the looks of it, the area was clean and well laid out. We loved proximity to supermarkets and having a small but functional kitchenette in the room with a sink as well as mini fridge. Our stay coincided with early March when temperatures were still somewhat frigid. One small inconvenience was that thermostat had a set upper limit, which did not allow us establish desired ambiance. However, the ever attentive staff offered a portable heater, which made up for that shortcoming. I would stay here again without hesitation. "

A great hotel

"Everything was great the only complaint we had was that the tub was very slippery and a lot of water spilled out when taking a shower. Definitely more built for baths than showers. The location is great, the service is great, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. "

Weekend trip to paris.

"Check in was quick and very smooth, needed to pay for local tax and car park on arrival which was easily done at reception. All staff were very friendly and offer to help with any needs. Bed is very comfortable and room is warm, also very quiet considering a train track is behind hotel which takes you anywhere you need to be. We left the hotel and in 20 mins we was at the Eiffel Tower! Couple of restaurants just outside and also a nice pastry shop just over the pathway. "
