"Although the spacious property is ageing a bit the location is perfect for anyone wanting tranquility within a short drive of Lake Annecy and its various beaches and other attractions. We loved being surrounded by the friendly dog, the horses, and the deer which come down out of the woods at night. Only problem was the double bed--mattress is rather worn and not good for our 60 year old backs."

The house itself was well equipped (although we never found the "drying room" or boot warmers and all the beds were actual beds and not sofa beds in the living room as is sometimes the case.
