"We really enjoyed our stay in La Rectoria, The house's very thick walls and spaciousness enabled us to relly enjoy our time there. The gardens are beautiful and the pool was a big plus. The only reasons I did not give it 5 stars is that it has only 2 bathrooms even though it sleeps 24 persons so it would be helpful to have a separate toilet and sink on the lower floor. "Nous avons passé de superbes vacances d'été en famille. La maison est exceptionnelle avec ses 6 chambres. Mon papa ne supportant pas la chaleur, il a pu se ressourcer à l'étage dans le salon climatisé, nous ne la mettions même pas en bas mais elle fonctionne très bien. Beaucoup d'équipements, de vaisselle, tout est pensé pour fonctionner en famille nombreuse. De 3 ans à 60 ans en passant par les ados, chacun a pu se créer des merveilleux souvenirs en famille. "Our extended family group (2 families + grandparent+visiting friends) had a fabulous stay at Martin's holiday home. The children in our group loved the pool and spent hours in it, while the adults especially enjoyed breakfasts and dinners in the beautiful garden, all accompanied by the sound of fresh running water from the mountains. "This is beautiful house which is easily accesible by car from Girona and Barcelona. The location is beautiful and really spacious for a big group. The kitchen is really well equiped. The livjng room is very cosy with a real fire. Alexandre was very accommodating and available easily and quickly when we had difficulties with the water. I would definately recommend for a big group holiday."

"Not sure where to begin! The house is absolutely fabulous: vast rooms, very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and fabulous garden with pool. It was just perfect for our family group with lots of space. The pictures in the listing don’t do it justice. Beautiful traditional French house in the centre of Saint Jean, a village we know well and love. Great central location with easy access to larger towns and the coast. Highly recommended!"

"The house is beautifully renovated in a Catalan style, traditional to this area. It has everything you need for short or long term stays and is very homely. The village (Palalda) is a perfect location on the south facing (sunny!) side of the mountain. Great for sports as there are so many cycling, running/ hiking routes in the area and it is close to the lake at Saint Jean and not far from the coast."

"Nuestra estancia en la casa de Roberto ha sido fabulosa. Situada en un pueblo tranquilo en una zona que ofrece todo tipo de actividades tanto de montaña como mar (a 20min está Llança). La casa tiene varios niveles, lo que permite tener privacidad pese a ser un grupo grande. Las habitaciones son cómodas (la mayoria con baño propio) y limpias y los espacios comunes muy acogedores. La terraza con bbq es muy agradable. Además comimos pizza en la pizzeria de Roberto situada en la plaza del pueblo y...
