"This B & B was very nice. We only needed to stay for 1 night. The host was very welcoming, friendly & helpful. The cat (Finnegan) was very affectionate, too, bless him! We had our own bathroom, as advertised, & this is on the landing, not in the room itself. Just for info, really. Bed comfy. Nice sized wardrobe, a safe, tea/coffee making facilities, TV, hair dryer etc. The shower was lovely. Personally, I would prefer a bigger towel to dry my hair, rather than a guest towel & a larger bath one....

"We had a warm welcome at Watermead House. Having booked very late, our room was on the top floor. It was extremely comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities, a large screen television and a spacious shower. We found it lovely and quiet. We appreciated the advice on local restaurants which were a short walk away. Breakfast was exceptional, ordered the evening before from a wide selection so no delay and very tasty. "

"Definitely a 5* review, we would definitely stay again. We had a family room so the children had their own bedroom. It was one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed in, immaculate! "We had a lovely stay, the property was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The location for us was great, if you like walking then highly recommend. Within 40 minutes drive there is a large number of places to visit and the village has everything you need. Pub within a couple of minutes walk as well as shops for supplies.
