Recently renovated, Chalet Evergreen is a cottage style duplex property. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home that offers 1000 sqft of living space and amenities.

Step inside and be greeted by two living spaces that exudes comfort and relaxation. Finished with Scandinavian style contemporary interiors, you immediately feel the charm of the chalet's cozy indoor fireplace.

Built amongst old-growth forests, this estate offers the best of comfort and convenience - 8 minutes drive from the ski base camp at Mont Tremblant, shops, restaurants and 16 min ride to Mont Blanc ski resort.

This lower level unit consists of two well-appointed living areas which provides a cozy spot to unwind after a day of outdoor adventures. Relax on the comfortable sofa, enjoy the Tv with your favorite streaming service and snuggle up with your loved ones near the indoor fireplace. With the fireplace, enjoy the warmth of a natural fire while cozying up in a comfortable sofa bed (This got to be our favorite thing to do).

The chalet is a duplex style home with two levels. The guests have access to ONLY the LOWER LEVEL. The lower level of the home has it's own private entrance. The lower level has two separate entrance, one from the parking lot and the other (Main entrance) from the opposite side of the parking lot which is close to the wooden Gazebo.

This is a Duplex property with guests in the other dwelling. Your space has a Separate Entrance and is Completely Private from the other tenant's space although on the same property. Everything in the listing and images is for your use. The only thing shared will be the driveway with the other tenant.
● There are other tenants in the separate apartment on the property in their own unit so be mindful of noise, please!
● Check-in is after 3:00 pm
● Check out is at 10:00 am
● No shoes in the house
● Please do not drag luggage to avoid ruining the floor
● No food in the bedrooms to not stain the sheets and linens
● No smoking, drugs, cannabis or illegal substances anywhere on the property. It will result in a $250 fine.
●MUST TAKE OUT GARBAGE:
Green bins for recycling
Brown for Compost (Do NOT throw this in black bins)
Black for other garbage
●We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
●We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
● Must wash all dishes prior to leaving.
● Max number of people in the unit should be what is stated upon booking
●There is a $50 per guest per day fee for each undisclosed guest.
●There will be a 30$ convenience fee if we have to return forgotten items.
●Please avoid using white towels to remove makeup. Kindly use makeup removal pads or the black towels provided to remove makeup.
