Apartment located in a quiet urbanization of Miami Playa 3 kilometers from the sea.

Splendid community area with two adult pools, two children's pools, ping pong table, slide, swings, sandpit and large green area with views of the sea and the mountains.

The property located on the first floor has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a separate kitchen, a living room with access to an open terrace and access to the solarium.

Private parking space outside for one vehicle.

Capacity for six people. Possibility of renting a cot (€15), high chair (€25), sheets and towels (€15 per person). Tourist tax €1 per person over 17 years of age and day
