Miami Playa: New typical Catalonia villa with private pool

Between sea and mountain, this typical Catalonia villa is located in a very quiet area with only similar individual houses. This villa has two floors. At the ground floor, the front door opens on a large and well lighted living room. An arcade separates it from a full equipped kitchen.
At the back, there are a twin bed room with large wall clothes and a complete bathroom.
A beautiful marble stairs give access to the first floor where you will find two double bed rooms with also large wall clothes and a complete bathroom. The main bed room has a big balcony or solarium where you have a beautiful view on the sea with mountain in background. The swimming pool is front of the villa and its covered terrace. A beautiful barbecue (BBQ) stands just behind the terrace.
All of our furniture is new. The kitchen is completely equipped with modern devices: vitro ceramic, dishwasher. Everything to cook and eat are available. The bathrooms are complete and the bath could be use as shower. The toilet (2) are inside the bathroom. (one by floor). In the garden or in the garage, you have also table, armchairs, umbrella and beach beds (3).

The garden is completely fenced in with wall and is always shaded back the villa. On the left side, there are a garage and parking place for two cars.
This place is between sea and mountain. You can start your day on the beach and finish it in the mountains of Santa Marina drinking fresh mineral water. Playa Cristal is the main beach. One of the most beautiful beach in Europe: very long and large with fine sand and a walking place.

The house is build like the spanish standard. It is amazingly calm and therefore a nice place to relax. The centre with the night life is not far away and there are many different beaches around. The only problem that we had was that there hasn't been any internet connection as mentioned in the anouncement. So please check that before you book this bungalow. Or make sure you have enough mobile internet resources if you need it. Also the devices are a bit outdated. We had nice holidays there! Thanks

Belle villa au calme. Parfait pour les familles avec enfants. Malheureusement, pas de climatisation et pas de wifi dans la villa. On etait obligé d'acheter des ventilateurs car c'etait juste impossible de dormir ou de rester à l'interieur à cause de la chaleur.

Très bon séjour. Nous a manqué la climatisation ou un ventilateur pour dormir mieux. Tous les équipements étaient corrects même si un peu vieillot. Piscine propre. Personne de l'accueil très aimable et disponible. Quartier calme.

Nous avons tous adoré cette villa. 4 adultes, 2 ado et 2 enfants, tout le monde a été enchanté. On aurait aimé pouvoir réserver une semaine de plus ! Communication au top, piscine géniale. Le seul petit point négatif serait la machine à laver qui est à changer selon nous. A refaire avec plaisir.

Très bonne vacance dans cette Villa!!
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour de 2 semaine dans cette villa le contact sur place Mme Prisca est très simpathique...L’annonce correspond parfaitement a la location..le quartier est très calme c’est très reposant..Attention à la piscine pour les enfants en bas âges , nous avions bloqué les accès de la terrasse avec les transats ducoup aucun soucis...Intérieur de la villa simple et fonctionnel,les oreillers n’étais pas très propre nous les avons donc lavés, machine à laver un peu viellotte il faudrai la changer, la piscine est géniale propre et nettoyé 2 fois par semaine par un professionnel, le barbecue est excellent avec un lavabo et une table de travail c’est que du bonheur!! nous avons passé un super séjour 👍..

In großem und ganzen waren wir zufrieden!
Das Ferienobjekt liegt in einer ganz schönen Umgebung. Das Meer ist etwa 800 m entfernt, Berg ab zum Meer und leider bergauf wieder zum Häuschen. Das Häuschen ist auch ganz nett eingerichtet, nur mit der Sauberkeit könnte es besser sein. Eigene Bettwäsche muss man auch selber mitbringen (nur zur Info :) ). Die Vermittlerin ist auch ganz nett...zur jeder Zeit erreichbar.

La maison est agréable pas de luxe mais avec le nécessaire, les deux postes à dormir sur le canapé sont pénalisés et sans climatisation on a dû souffrir pendant la nuit. On a passé quand même de bonne vacances

Good place for a vacation with friends
My friends and I went to this property (7 people) in June 2019. We arrived quite early to the house (16:00) and check in was at 17:00 so we waited our contact in the area to come. At 17:00 she didn't came, nor at 18:00 or 19:00. We tried calling her but due to an error, we ended up with a Spanish number with 8 digits, instead of 9 (a number with less than 9 numbers in Spain doesn't exist). We tried contacting directly to the person who rented us the house, but he didn't answer. So we had to contact VRBO directly and finally they solved our problem at 22:00-23:00 as they finally contacted the person who we rented the house from. The house itself is pretty good, as advertised. Pool was clean and water changed a couple days after, the house was clean and everything was fine, everything inside the house worked fine, so my special congratulations to the owner, it's quite difficult to find a complete functional house as advertised at least from my experience. Location was great, if you love going to the beach or just having a relaxed vacation, this is your place. The only fault I can find was the difficulties to contact the owner, the fact that the contact forgot about the check-in. However, the seven of us are grateful she took us with the car to the train station. As a personal recommendation, if you want a relaxed vacation near the sea and with a great climate, this is your place

Nous avons passé 15 jours exceptionnel dans cette villa ! Les photos résument très bien , tout est parfait, en bon état, il ne manque de rien ( sauf éventuellement la climatisation lorsque il fait très chaud ) . L emplacement est idéal, et le décor est magnifique !!! Les contacts avec le propriétaire et la personne sur place ont été excellents !!! Hâte d y retourner !

Wundervolles Ferienhaus mit Pool
Haben zwei Wochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Es liegt nicht direkt an der lauten Hauptstraße zwischen anderen schönen Ferienhäusern in schöner Atmosphäre. Wir haben viel Zeit auf der Terasse vor dem Haus verbracht und die Sonne genossen. Auch die Dachterasse vor dem Schlafzimmer ist wundervoll. Der eigene Pool ist wirklich ein Luxus den ich mir immer wieder gönnen würde. Die Einrichtung ist wirklich super gestaltet. Wundervolle Bäder, alles Sauber und schön gestaltet. Praktischerweise gibt es eine Waschmaschine und in der super ausgestatteten Küche auch noch eine Spülmaschine. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden mit allem. Das Haus war sein Geld wirklich wert und ich würde immer wieder dort Urlaub machen! Wichtig zu beachten: Besitzer auf Englisch oder Französisch anschreiben. Wir haben im Vorfeld alles Organisatorische auf Französisch gemacht. War alles völlig unproblematisch und sollte wirklich keinen abschrecken. Vor Ort wurden wir dann auf deutsch betreut.

"Très belle villa, où nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Ne pas hésiter , loueur sérieu ! Il est tout de même préférable d'avoir un véhicule pour ce déplacer à la plage ou sortir le soir."
