The UHC MAGRANERS FAMILY COMPLEX, offers a privileged location just a few minutes walking from the beach, standing out for the tranquility that it breathes and how pleasant it is to spend a few days relaxing on the beach. The swimming pool of the residence is surrounded by a community garden.

The Playa Cristal is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Dorada, awarded with the Blue Flag. It is perfect for families with children: crystal clear turquoise waters, fine golden sand, a promenade with restaurants, beach bars, playgrounds and many nautical activities. And if you want to discover the culture of the Costa Dorada, you can visit Tarragona, Reus, etc. You'll love it!

This lovely summer house, with capacity for up to 8 people, consists of 2 floors connected by an internal staircase:

The ground floor disposes of:

- Terrace - Exterior porch of about 12 m2 with a dining table.
- Small private garden with BBQ.
- Pleasant living room with access to the terrace and garden.
- Well-equipped independent kitchen
- Bedroom with 1 double bed with built-in wardrobes.
- Full bathroom with bathtub/shower.

On the upper floor there are:

- Double en-suite bedroom with bathroom with bathtub and a terrace.
- Bedroom with bunk beds and one double bed with built-in wardrobes.

GOOD TO KNOW:

- Reservations for groups are not accepted.
- With optional WIFI for only 5€/day. Add it at the end of your booking.
- Outdoor seasonal swimming pool.
- This house is not wheelchair accessible. There are steps at the entrance.
- Perfect for a family holiday near the beach.
- Tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price.
· Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.
- It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.

Alojamiento para volver a repetir, lugar tranquilo, casa espaciosa con todos sus complementos. Piscina compartida pero con mucha privacidad, excelente!! Muy buena experiencia. Añadir algunos complementos básicos en tema de la limpieza de ropa como barreño y pinzas y una limpieza más exhaustiva de la cocina.

Première fois que nous réservons avec Abritel, je suis assez déçu. Impossible de vous contacter à notre arrivé sur les lieu car ménage plus ou moins fait correctement au niveau sanitaire ( abatant WC casse, cheveux baignoire....) Mobilier déçu, canapé sale avec sable et vieux pas utilisable pour un couchage, cuisine lave vaisselle très vieux les propriétaires doivent prévoir un changement rapide. Votre annonce et photos ne correspondent pas au réelle. Le plus a été calme et proximité de la plage. Pour le tarif les conditions des prestations sont à revoir 2037.30€ pour 7 nuits !!!!!! Cordialement.
