"Lovely property, spacious studio appartment that is well placed for city and port. Had a lovely shower and my daughter appreciated the half bath too. The sofa bed wasnt the most comfortable but as we were only there for one night it was manageable. "

"Very helpful staff, we arrived earlier than expected with bags of food, staff provide a fridge to keep goods fresh until our room was ready. Family friendly place."

"Too far from everything from the airport to the nearest restaurant and no Transportation anywhere"

"An amazing place. I read some of the negative reviews prior to booking and given the high standards that we were met with it hard to believe some of the comments. The room was finished to a high standard and was magnificently equipped. It’s right on the beach and the pool facilities looked great although we did not have time to use. We will 100% stay here again. "

"Horrible service. Can't believe they make you make your own bed and then clean up after!! That should be common courtesy. Honestly do not recommend - avoid!!! "

"Pro: super close to beach. very nice hosts. good parking Con: walking 30mins to old town. You need to clean everything before you leave.(Garbage, Bed, vacuuming floor). otherwise they charge you 35euro!!!!! If you can enjoy cleaning all your room before your morning checking out. it’s a good place to stay. oh also the bed isnt made when you arrive. you need to make it everything and before you leave you also need ti remove it. I wouldnt pick this place twice since i dont prefer...

"Notre séjour a été très agréable avec un très bon accueille. Le logement était très bien. La piscine à 28° c'était top. Il y a aussi un jacuzzi ça c'était la cerise sur le gâteau. Des vacances au calme et un emplacement bien située pour les plages et les visites, que demander de plus."

"What a lovely little property - it had all we needed for our stay in St Malo. Ideally situated for 20 minute walk to the old town, the kitchen was very well equipped, the sofa bed was comfortable to sit on downstairs. The bedroom and bathroom upstairs were perfectly adequate and the bed was comfortable. It was a nice surprise to be provided with bedding, towels and soap. The only downside for us - as we are both over 60 was the steep staircase (which was clearly pictured) - but we did get used...
