Accueil de lhotesse assez froid et peu chaleureux. Sourire en option. Il ne nous est même pas souhaité ni une bonne soiree ni un bon séjour. ..très décevant. Chambre sobre mais propre aucune décoration , chambre impersonnelle. Tres bon accueil au restaurant par le serveur...repas leger et sobre.

Pas digne d'un hôtel 3 étoiles
L'hôtel n'est pas indiqué dans le centre ville et nous avonc 1/2 heure à le trouver. L'hôtesse n'était pas aimable du tout. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est fermé le SAMEDI !!!! Nous sommes arrivés à 20H30 et pas possibilité de nous restaurer ! J'ai trouvé un insecte mort sur le sol de la salle de bains. La moquette de la chambre est très tâchée avec des choses collées dessus. Le choix du buffet salé était restreint à du jambon blanc alors qu'on était dans le pays du jambon de bayonne. Bref les prestations ne sont pas dignes d'un 3 étoiles...

A l'image de la ville : dans une autre époque
La situation de l'hôtel est centrale ça c'est un bon point. Par contre les chambre n'ont pas la clim et l'été lorsqu'il fait plus de 30 degrés dans la ville,les nuits sont difficile. Les chambres sont spacieuses comme la salle de bain. La decoration de l'ensemble semble neuve mais le style est suranné. Le petit déjeuner buffet (9€) est complet et correct.

Hôtel bien décoré, chambre vieillissante
J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pour motif professionnel. L'hôtel est propre et bien décoré. L'accueil est agréable sans plus. Les chambres et la salle d'eau sont propres mais présentent une décoration un peu vieillissante. Le lit en 80 cm n'est pas forcément très agréable pour dormir. La salle d'eau est spacieuse ce qui est agréable par rapport à d'autres hôtel. La TV en chambre est un peu petite. Le petit déjeuner est agréable.

Bonne literie, mais moquette très défraîchie. Et surtout une odeur insupportable, sans doute de produit anti-cafards, dans les couloirs et un peu dans la chambre. Mais un accueil agréable et un bon petit déjeuner.
