"The staff were a pleasure and did everything the could and then some to ensure a lovely stay. We had a small complication (unrelated to the hotel) and a particular staff member (I did not get her name) went above and beyond to assist us and made things just that much better. We have a family “staycation” every year just before Christmas and have been going to the Chateau Laurier often then tried the Weston and then this time the Lord Elgin. It is safe to say we will be returning to this location annually at a minimum to continue to our tradition. "
