"The pool has trees growing, the bathroom door was grime and lipstick . So we really needed a place to stay overnight . It was a bit gross. Sheets and towels were clean , no bed bugs, fridge, ac worked . A big space under the door so we put the rug to block it . No batteries in tv remote, cigarette burns on the bedspread which was also the blanket . I’m not sure if he is trying to fix it up or just doesn’t care . Pay a bit more and don’t go here . "This place is lovely. It feels very rustic and tucked away, but it is so close to so many things! Everything about the place itself was so intentional. We loved the record player, the gas fireplace, the fan/space heater in the bedroom! We had a small issue upon arrival, and the host was so responsive and accommodating - it just made us enjoy the stay more!! "The cabin was very clean and cozy. We loved the location and the wildlife as well! The deer were beautiful! It was a very short drive to the Battlegrounds and Gettysburg..The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We found the sunroom to be the perfect spot for our Bible reading.
