"The Mena house is an iconic place. Unfortunately the old historical section has been closed for years, and no clear indication as to when it will open the rooms in the hotel need upgrading of both furniture and amenities specially bathrooms. The staff are friendly and helpful."

"The hosts were amazing and friendly. Language was a bit of a barrier but the staff had good grasp of English to have engaging conversations. They were also very accomodating to our needs as well.
