The half-timbered house built in 1913 was originally intended as a ballroom for the inhabitants of Monschau. Later it was also used as a gym. After being empty for over 10 years, the building has been completely renovated, taking into account the original elements.
The apartment is suitable for four to six people and is located partly on the ground floor and partly on the first floor. On the ground floor is the living / dining room with open kitchen and the bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. The living / dining room is furnished with a sofa, a TV and a dining table with six chairs. The open kitchen has a gas stove, an oven, coffee maker and much more. On the first floor are two bedrooms. One bedroom with two single box spring beds and one bedroom with four single box spring beds.
The apartment is not suitable for people with a disability.
The apartment has a private entrance and a private terrace.
In just two minutes you are in the center of Monschau and you get directly to the beginning of various hiking trails through the beautiful Eifel. In Monschau there are quaint shops, cozy terraces and good restaurants. Monschau is a cozy town in the Eifel (in 2012 voted the second most beautiful city in Germany). Ideal starting point for hiking and / or mountain bike tours right outside the door.
