The housekeeping staff even greeted us too with welcome chocolates. This hotel is fantastic, and our only regret is not staying in Florence longer at this wonderful hotel!!!"

"It’s the best location for eating, drinking, shopping and seeing the history of it all. It’s a boutique style hotel with an awesome rooftop bar and restaurant and view. We had a 24 hour delay back to the US due to weather and the hotel staff accommodated our every need from transportation to other things to do while we spent an extra day there, to include assistance with opening a few bottles of wine for us. Emmanuel was even on the phone with airlines trying to assist us in rebooking our alternative flights back to the US. Can’t wait to stay there again during our next visit and will recommend them to all our friends. Ciao’. "

"Very cute and quiet location. Loved that it was a small boutique hotel. Lobby bar is adorable and rooms are a decent size. Breakfast included is a great buffet. Area is near the “local” restaurants "

"This property is within 15 minutes easy walk of most of Florence's attractions. 30 seconds from the Pont De Vecchio on Duomo side. Friendly and helpful. Were able to have our room ready a little early (around 1.30pm) which is not common in Europe."
