Great location for easy access to New York by bus

Check in was very slow due to a $23 difference in their billing and Expedia. I had to pay this difference, no problem but it took them 20 mins to fix this paperwork and I was exhausted at 11.30 pm after a lond day of travel. Please let me go to my room and you can sort out the paperwork! The next morning I could not get wifi and the front desk had to call Tech to sort it out, another 2o mins. I have never had any problems in all my travels like this. Breakfast is the same or worse than most chain Breakfasts. Room was clean and spacious and the location for the Conference was good. Also the bus to NYC comes right outside and was easy. Totally average place, nothing special nothing wrong except those time wasing issues wcich might be just bad luck on me.

The property and rooms were clean and well kept. My only complaint was the noise level around the property. The room are supposedly sound proof, but you can hear EVERYTHING in your room from the hallway, from kids running and yelling to loud talking.

Employees were very helpful suggesting places to eat.
