"House is cute and clean. Neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Beds are firm, but comfy. Kitchen has the absolute bare minimums for cooking. Patio furniture outside is dirty and uncomfortable. There is no balcony like the listing states. It is a small concrete patio. You are able to use the garage to park, however, you do not have an access code for the garage. So, in order to use the garage, you have to go inside the house and open the garage door from there. It makes the garage inconvenient....
