"Good Hostel...the staff is very kind. One thing to know is that they have discontinued the breakfast and have a "vending machine breakfast". It's ok...but it is good to know this upfront as they used to do a full breakfast spread. Otherwise....it is a great place, clean, and in an easy to get around area."

"Not the best location, there wasn’t any toilet paper or hand soap. Had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to come on reception to check us in. Very rude and dismissive staff. Rooms were cold, no hot water in the shared bathroom. Walls were thin so could hear a lot of noise from other rooms and outside the door. "

"This was a great hostel in an old building with lots of character. Very clean, too. It was just a few minutes walk to the Oktogon metro station and the trams that will take you straight to the parliament and castle district (change to bus 16 after crossing the river). 3 minutes away is a pizza place that stays open until 2am. "

"Good: Felt very safe at the accommodation and it was very clean and comfortable. Would stay and recommend to others. Very walkable to everything you need (shops) and to walk around Budapest. The self check in and access to rooms was cool and easy, only comment is that it becames a bit clunky and slow to use when going through multiple doors and when your phone is trying to connect to the WiFi. "The hostel has switched to fully code-based entry. This was awesome since I arrived when there was no staff onsite and could easily enter the building, the hostel and my room without interacting with anyone. The hostel is very conveniently located, meters away from the Airport Express bus stop. Facilities are clean. My first impression was that there were not enough washrooms or showers, but I didn’t encounter anyone else in the washroom or shower area during my stay, so it seems fine. All in...

"A four night break at an apartment here and it was an ideal location for us. A warm welcome from the team after a late flight and close to the centre of the city. Highly reccomend and we'll hopefully be back"

"This is probably the nicest hostel I have ever stayed in! There was an outdoor seating area for you to enjoy the summer evenings and several kitchen/dining areas all of which were available for use by everyone regardless of where in the hostel you were. The place had an Alice in Wonderland feel with several doors to different sections being disguised as wall mirrors which is a touch I personally enjoyed. "Rooms are extremely hot! poorly ventilated no fresh air at all, room guest are a bit noisy, can’t sleep whole night !!! Bed sheets are a bit dirty and not comfortable at all, tower need to charge extra which is not common in any other hostel, key can not open hostel room unless someone else inside helps to open"
