"This was a very nice affordable and convenient place to stay for a Purdue football weekend. Took just under 30 minutes, right off I-65, to get to campus. Very well-lit parking lot for security. "It is a nice, inexpensive motel. The lobby did smell very strongly of cigarettes even though it is a non smoking establishment. We got two key cards but only one worked unfortunately and we didn’t find out until the middle of the night when my boyfriend arrived and I was already asleep. "Kim is wonderful and helpful! This is a no frills motel. If you want a cheap clean room, a basic place to sleep (bring your own pillow if you are picky about pillows), shower (water gets HOT, pressure is fairly good; bring your own towels if you use/want big towels and/or plush/soft/new ones), and do not need any amenities (no chair for desk in room with two beds, no hair dryer, no hangers) this is the place to stay. Can't beat the price. Stayed two nights last week and am typing this in my room...
