"I AM SORRY FOR THE OWNERS OF THIS BEAUTIFUL CONDO. WE LOVED THE PLACE, ENOJOYED THE STAY AND ALL. BUT THE CLEANING CREW MADE IT LOOK REALLY BAD. THE MAIN BED OF THE PRIMARY BEDROOM WAS DIRTY, HAIRS, DIRT AND STAINS. THE MAIN SHOWER WS DIRTY AND DRAIN CLOGGED WITH HAIR. SHOWER DID NOT HAVE BODY SOAP AND THE FIREPLACE WAS USED AND DIRTY, WE HAD TO COMPLETELY CLEAN IT TO START USING IT, BUT THE BAD PART OF IT IS THE COMMUNICATION WITH THE MANAGER, THAT PROMISED TO TAKE CARE OF US AND DID NOT, AND THEN HE JUST INGNORED THE TEXT MESSAGES WHEN HE PROMISED TO GET BACK TO ME SOON. WE LOVED THE PLACE, WE HATED VACASA"

"Incredible location, especially if you plan on skiing at China Peak. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo and it had just snowed making it even more special. The condo was larger than we thought and well equipped in the kitchen, with tons of games to play and a great tv setup. The surrounding neighborhood, lake and forest were stunning, especially with the fresh 4’ of recent snow fall. Only regret was not booking an extra day in advance. If you are making a multiple day trip up there just make sure to bring all food and beverages you would like to have, there is not much more than a couple small convenient stores up there. Thank you! "

"Comfortable and well appointed kitchen. Although the house looks weathered on the outside, the layout is excellent. The living is upstairs and all bedrooms AND bathrooms are downstairs. Stairs are a little steep as the only downside. I would stay there again."

"The upstairs shower did not work. The blinds downstairs were broken. The downstairs sink had a loose screw and hardly functioned. The location was amazing and the manager lent me an extension cord which was very nice. Easy to find and check in. "

"We planed on going up to Shaver lake during snow season to enjoy nature and the home was really close to the lake. Awsome place loved the whole house we will definitely book this home in the future. The bbq grill was a plus."

"Cabinets are set up very nice. The resort is doing remodeling but love what it’s going to be in the future. Definitely will plan more trips here in the near future. "

"Well what to say! The positive is the little cabin was clean. The bedding horrible. No outside area to sit. cabins across the street and a couple up the hill sat outside our cabin smoking “several” different types of things. No on site management so no way to get help with this situation as they also had 2 loud dogs. There was a piece of paper on the table saying “No internet, except in cabin 9”. And that we could go 1/2 mile down road to restaurant. My daughter had work to do so we went to the restaurant and it was cute one the lake.However there was an 80 year old man playing on a keyboard singing so off key it hurt. He was oblivious to people’s reactions and he was scheduled to do this for hours so we left because it was so loud and horrible it gave my granddaughter a headache. The BLT sandwich we thought about ordering was priced at $32! We left and drove the 40 minutes to turn in our keys at Shaver Lake. Owner was very apologetic and offered to pit us in a king size bed there, no thanks. Of note do not follow their directions to pick up keys at Huntington Lake restaurant as they need to be picked up at Shaver Lake Hotel. I only knew this because I had reached out ahead of our reservation to Dawn and she mentioned to pick up our keys with her. Our poor neighbors in next door cabin had to go back around to Shaver which is 40 minutes each way. Why don’t they update their website? All the amenities on Hotel.com that they say are connected with this cabin is FALSE. "

"We didn’t get any communication back from the property manager , besides the house was not very clean and there were mice inside and ate our bread. "

"The cabin was very nice and cozy as advertised. Can be a little warm in the loft section during the summer, but fans helped a bit. We spent the days at Huntington Lake so the short drive was welcome. The kitchen was not as clean as expected. The floors and counters needed some wiping which we were able to do. I would have been nice to have a list of things needed for the stay. There was no dishwashing soap or extra garbage bags. We had to purchase them at Lakeshore. We enjoyed spending time on the deck for lunch and in the mornings. On the whole, we really enjoyed our time there. Thank you for allowing us to share your cabin for the week."
