"The staff was friendly and accommodating. I had an electric scooter and the front desk clerk offered to give me a slightly larger room so it would fit comfortably. My whole family met at the rooftop bar for a little celebration and the staff provided us with a candle, which was lovely. When my son and his fiance stayed in my room for a few hours while sick, I asked the staff to change the linens and disinfect the room once they left, and it was not a problem. My one and only issue was that I did not know how to operate the shower. I got scalded and frozen repeatedly while attempting to adjust the dials. I would highly suggest having some written instructions somewhere other than "in the app", which I never saw or knew was necessary."

"Great place to stay with great staff. Lots of close by entertainment, the beach and a ton of dining options. Room was large and comfortable. Has a bar, cafe and other nice things."

"Unlike some of the complaints I did not experience any of them. For the price I couldn't beat this hotel. Convenient to where I had to go. My friend who stayed on the 4th floor did complain about doors slamming. Unfortunately the ignorance of other people not allowing the door to slam will never end until a hotel gets "no slam" closers. The bathroom door also had a closer on it that would slam if you didn't hold it. That I had a problem with but other than that it was a pleasant stay."
