"Helpful host who adjoins the property so any issues easily resolved as they are on hand. Was very hot when we stayed and although fans provided it made sleeping in the mezzanine very warm. The pool was a welcome relief and kept spotlessly clean by the host who shut it down each evening and cleaned each day. Lovely welcome ‘basket!’ of wine, bread, pizza etc. great location to visit Saint Emilion, Bergerac etc and lots of fabulous markers. Would stay again"

"We were a party of 5 young at heart seniors who enjoyed every minute. The accommodation was of a high standard and a lot of thought went into the detail to make our stay 5*. The beds were very comfortable and the ensuites immaculate. The weather at the time was hot and we made use of the lovely pool and aircon. The location was perfect, isolated and quiet, yet only 6km from a delightful village Monpazier. I hope we have the pleasure of returning again. Thank you Sonja & Mark"

"Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour chez Gisèle. La maison est géniale, très bien équipée et très agréable. La terrasse couverte permet de profiter de l’extérieur tout en étant protégé de la pluie et du soleil. La piscine est parfaite avec un grand store pour se protéger du soleil, très appréciable en cas de canicule. "We received a warm welcome from the proprietors when we eventually arrived in the Dordogne after many postponements due to the pandemic. I have to say Alain was very kind and patient with us and the holiday was well worth waiting for! The gite was like a farmhouse, very pretty, surrounded by beautiful, rolling countryside and in walking distance to the Dordogne. We spent many happy hours in the pool and canoeing down the river."

"We enjoyed our stay for 5 days at this 2 bedroom cottage situated on a working farm. The kitchen has all the amenities needed and the lounge area offers the opportunity for a real log fire.
