The house is located in the center of Elda, a city renowned for its wines, gastronomy, footwear, culture. The apartment is located two streets from the great avenue and close to all the necessary services such as restaurants, cafes, boutiques, shops, pubs, supermarkets, pharmacies, health center, etc ...
25 minutes from the city and beach of Alicante, 30 'from the beach of Santa Pola and Arenales del Sol, 15' from the golf course and 15 'from Orito and the hermitage of San Pascual, visited by thousands of pilgrims from all the world. The house is newly renovated, is very comfortable, cozy and bright.
