"Lovely old house, and immediately calming. Such peaceful surroundings-matched by the helpful and welcoming owners and staff. The food was so very good, a gastronomic delight-without any exaggeration! Very reasonably priced, and the wine, some of which was produced in their own vineyard, was just as good. Made use of the stimming pool too, although the weather was exceptionally hot during our visit. A very relaxing few days, mind and body rejuvenated we moved on to a hectic continuing family...

"This property is completely incompetent. Don't let their info on their website fool you they are open 2:30-9 to let you in. I came at a responsible time for check in at 5:30, waited 30 minutes and no one to let you in. Of course they are not accountable for not being there to let you in. They want to charge you for the fact you couldn't get in to stay there. It is very hard to find, took 3 different GPS methods to find it, then when you found it gates closed with chickens squaking at you."

"Had a great one night stay here. When we arrived we were greeted in a very friendly manner and were soon offered two bikes to explore the local area. Despite this being a bed and breakfast, we were offered an evening meal. The proprietors made changes to accommodate my pescatarian diet. Wonderful meal with most of the products grown in their garden. We asked to see their dog, and we’re soon throwing a ball for “Sister”, their black Scottish Terrier. "Used gps on phone easy to find . About 20min outside Bergerac. Host helpful and speaks some English but family email in English so no problem with communication . Modern wooden built house . We stayed in ground floor apartment . There were also more traditional options as well. Lots of modern art and excellent comfort bed . Would recommend.
