Awesome location.
Awesome location, very convenient to water and they allowed us to check in early. House was a little full of furnishings and we didn't understand the cleaning fee so much since we were asked to do so much before check out.

Best Deck on the Lake
There was a bit of an issue when we arrived, but Trish was able to resolve it. This condo has all you need for a comfortable vacation and the deck is the best!

The location was perfect! Lots of fun! There was a beach to swim and hang out, or float by the docks. Napoli restaurant in development was phenomenal! Also boat rental right in development too! Would definitely go back to Bernard’s Landing!

This condo was perfect for our family. Beautiful lake view, walking distance to the pool and it was the perfect size for our family of four. Condo was clean and Trish answered questions and returned emails quickly. Perfect for our first trip to SML. We will definitely return.

Lovely home - spectacular sun rises
Very comfortable bed and sofa. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need - fully stocked. Spacious patio with an amazing view of the lake. I woke to enjoy the spectacular sunrise every morning and it was probably the highlight of my stay. Excellent host. Quick to respond and made check in seamless. We look forward to returning.

Perfect boating location
This condo was the best stocked. We loved sitting on the porch swing on the deck. The view is amazing and the docks are perfect for jet skiis as this Bay is very calm and private. The king bed is amazing. It is the most comfortable mattress that my husband and I have ever slept on. We would love to stay again. We stayed in the Clubhouse Towers later in the week but liked this location better. Thanks Trish for sharing your lovely condo.

Great location, unit could use some work
We had a great visit to the area and truly think the value of this unit is in the amenities (we used the pool, beach area, and pickle ball courts) and the balcony facing the lake was beautiful. Unfortunately the inside of the condo was more cluttered than expected, and rather than feeling like a space created to be a rental, it felt like the owners left for the weekend and we were just staying there. There were random items in the living room, expired food in the fridge, and it felt like there were so many items/decorations out and shut away in cabinets that the home didn’t really feel clean (we noticed dust, food stuck on dishes, towels smelled like smoke) and more. We ended up having a fine stay, but for the amount of money we paid we would expect the unit to be more cleanly and catered towards renters.

Thank you Trish for accommodating our last minute rental request. The property has beautiful views of the lake . Met all our needs. Not the cleanest VBRO I’ve rented and had much of the owners personal items that I actually picked one spot for our items to be so we did not leave anything behind.

Love Bernard’s!
Bernard’s landing is great, and this particular building is a favorite of our family! This apartment had a bit of unnecessary (in my opinion) decor and kitchen equipment, which made it tricky to find what you need and to keep track of your own stuff. That was a little stressful. Also needed to rewash towels as they smelled of smoke. Patricia responded kindly when I let her know about this. Be sure to bring your own toilet paper. (Only two rolls are provided-per the contract.)

Relaxing Working Girls Weekend
2 co-workers and I planned a “retreat” prior to upcoming meetings. The location is absolutely beautiful. We worked in the morning, hit the pool in the afternoon and dined on the balcony enjoying the view. I would definitely return for another girls weekend or just with my husband.
