Osprey Cove is a beautiful home located on a quiet cove with calm, deep water! The layout features an open floor plan that will provide plenty of room for your gathering. When you enter the house, you will be greeted with a beautiful view through the large windows overlooking the lake!

The main level offers the primary suite with a large jetted tub, a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, the dining room, a half bath, and a family room with high ceilings and a stone fireplace. From the main level, there is a walkout to the deck with outdoor seating and a gas grill for dining outside.

The upper level offers three bedrooms, two baths, and views of the lake from the landing.

The lower-level features all the indoor recreation one could want with a gorgeous billiards table, a bar area, a foosball table, a backgammon table, fun board games and a mounted TV. The lower level also has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Walk outside to a patio with plenty of seating.

Outside and down the hill to the lake features a spacious two-story party dock. The dock is situated in a private cove ideal for fishing, swimming, and floating due to the cove offering protection from boat traffic. Relaxing Getaway
Our family enjoyed the beautiful and quiet surroundings of Osprey Cove. There is so much to do here! You can rent a pontoon boat, kayak, fish, or just relax and take in the beauty of the surrounding nature. Great home, great vacation spot!

Great spot but too pricey
The lakefront home was beautiful with great amenities. The only challenge was the price and fees for what you get compared to other options. The house also has a lot of steps down to the water

Great House and location!
Enjoyed our stay of four families with teens. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which was a huge bonus. Ages ranged from 10-77 and we did not encounter any issues with the walk to the dock even in the crazy heat. Already looking to book this home again next year.

Beautiful home but lots of steps to dock
The home was perfect for our family gathering. Nice and cozy. We loved the layout. Only con was the 92 steps and gravel to and from the dock.

Great place for a larger family during the holidays
We stayed the week between Christmas and New Years, and so did not use the dock or outside amenities. The house is a good size for 10 people. The kitchen has everything you need and the whole house was very clean. The home could use additional couch in the main living room

Winter Getaway
Even though this was a lake house that most people would want to rush to during summer months, this property is beautiful and worth a stay during the winter. there were plenty of dishes to accommodate the many nights I was there and plenty of blankets to help keep us warm if the otherwise well heated house got a little chilly.

Perfect Retreat
We booked the house for three nights for a church staff retreat. The house perfectly fit our needs for 4 couples and one single. Everyone in the group agreed the house was super nice and provided for a great time together. The weather was nice and we were able to enjoy the dock area and do some kayaking with the three kayaks made available by the owner. I really have nothing negative to say about the property. It is well furnished and in great condition.

Terrific Bridal Shower Weekend
This home was perfect for our ladies Buffalo Plaid bridal shower weekend. We all stayed indoors since the weather was extremely cold outside. We were “plaid” for the warmth of the fireplace as we showered the bride with gifts. The kitchen was well stocked which made our meals easy. The dining table was large enough for all of us to eat together. The windows overlooking the water were gorgeous. The home was extremely clean, and it was tastefully decorated. The management was very responsive with my questions before our arrival. We’re “plaid” we chose this home.

Oh the stairs lol
Overall the house was nice. Lots of room. Beautiful property. The dock was fabulous. We were surprised at some of the little things that were “broken” the ring around the shower head and faucet in the downstairs shower closest to the stairs weren’t connected, it was very dark and cold downstairs, the floors and tub downstairs were very slippery when wet. The hike and I mean hike up the steps was no joke. The kitchen table and chairs, windows, dishwasher and oven/stove needed some serious wiping down. Overall the house was nice after a few calls to maintenance.

Beautiful, lacking in coziness & convenience
This house was beautiful & ideally located if you want to be close to Bridgewater and the grocery store. It was very clean, however we’ve never stayed in a house that gave such a detailed checklist on how much cleaning the guests were supposed to do before departing. Typically you’re asked to fill the dishwasher and run it before you leave. No dishes were allowed to sit in the sink or washer when we left, leaving us to empty the dishwasher, hand wash & hand dry the dishes before leaving. Floors had to be swept, counters cleaned, etc etc. This house is also not kid-friendly. The oven runs extremely hot, even as it’s pre-heating, and everything around it with the exception of the handle will burn you. We couldn’t figure out how to use the stove vent, which is also very hot when using the oven. This house has plenty of the world’s smallest coffee cups, so if you’re a big coffee drinker, I suggest you bring your own mugs. Same for wine glasses and water glasses. I think there were five wine glass & a few more tall water glasses in the cupboard. For a house that supposedly sleeps 12, there should be more. The bookshelves aren’t hooked to the walls and glass tables aren’t secure to the stands. Just be mindful with small children. The walk down to the lake wasn’t terrible. I think we counted 74 steps. The upstairs hallway bathroom is small if it’s supposed to accommodate up to six people (the bunk & second queen bedroom). For a house this size that should hold as many people, there should be a second fridge or ice machine in the basement. Our biggest complaint was the lack of blinds in the bedrooms! My kids, husband, and I stayed in the upstairs queen with attached bath that had windows on two sides of the house. Try getting toddlers to sleep in a room with no blinds when the sun doesn’t start setting until 9pm. If you’re sleeping in the basement, bring earplugs. Footsteps from above sound like a herd of elephants. More seating has been added in the living room since the pictures were taken (a chair & second love seat), but still seating is limited with the size of the house and approved # of guests.

Great Spot
Great home but felt like the decor could have been better. Not enough seating in the main room. Each bedroom only has queen beds. The bedrooms are large and would be so much nicer with king beds. There is no garbage disposal. Could also use bigger mugs for coffee. The coffee maker took over a half an hour to brew 12 cups. Really need to replace it. For a house that sleeps 10, you would think there would be more outdoor seating along with indoor seating. The location is great. All in all it was all about being together. We had a great time!

Beautiful Tranquil Lakehouse
Great place, Great location in quiet cove. House was large enough for our party of 10 and equipped with everything you need. We had a few issues that were handled immediately by rental agency. Boat dock was great, kids loved jumping from the high deck. I would highly recommend this vacation home.

Beautiful house and cove
The house is beautiful and well appointed. The cove is perfect for floating and swimming. During our stay the water at the dock was about 8'-9' deep with about 5' of visibility. The lower dock is not the greatest for hanging out and keeping an eye on younger ones while they swim, or just getting out of the sun. The upper deck is great. We would suggest bringing a canopy for the upper deck to provide some sun relief. The walk to / from the water is no joke, but the pictures are accurate. It's about 50 yards of gravel and 50 steps from the upper deck to basement, then another 16 steps from the basement to the main floor. We did have a couple maintenance issues that were answered and corrected quickly.

Lake Vacation
The house was large enough for our family. Loved all the wild life. The cove was great for paddle boarding and kayaking. Had a little issue with the steep driveway but managed with the vehicles. I do think there needs to be some disclaimer in the listing regarding how steep it was to the dock. We had elderly family members unable to go down to the dock. That part was very disappointing. Could have our refrigerator in the basement. Overall we still had a good time
