This house features wide waterfront views, a wrap-around porch on the main level, sunroom off of the kitchen, gas grill, a TV in the living room and a TV in the master bedroom. Lower level includes a TV in the great room, a ping pong table, and full laundry with washer & dryer. 2 Dog Limit. No other animals allowed. Exterior cameras, if present, monitor the driveway entrance and the waterfront for security purposes only.

PLUS: Private dock. Please note this property is on the main channel, so watercraft must be secured appropriately with provided cleats and buoys (not provided) in order to prevent damage to the watercraft and/or the dock. Fire pit in backyard with surrounding chairs. Off-Street parking for 4 vehicles. All Linens & towels included. Professionally cleaned & sanitized. Concierge style hospitality services. (Boat Lift not available for guest use)

AMENITIES: Free high-speed Wi-Fi, washer & dryer, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor BBQ grill, corn hole boards, games, books, movies, and 3 smart TVs .

LOCATION: Just a few short minutes from Bridgewater Plaza and Marina, which offers boat and jet ski rental, shopping, dining, an arcade, and mini golf. This house is located in a quiet neighborhood, which is excellent for walking, running, and biking. It is 10 miles from Smith Mountain Lake State Park.

ENJOY: Beautiful condition. Nicely decorated. Thoughtfully designed for families.

HOUSE RULES & SECURITY: No smoking & no events. Check-in time is after 4:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00am. Flexible stays, minimum 3-night stay. Contactless arrival & departure. Exterior cameras, if present, monitor the driveway entrance and the waterfront for security purposes only.

Pet/ESA Friendly: Guest is responsible for damage caused by pets.
- No more than two pets per unit
- Clean up after your pet, inside as well as outside
- Do not leave your pet alone in the house unsupervised unless in a crate
- Guests are responsible for the pet and any damage caused by it
- Pets outside must be on a leash

It’s a lovely house in a beautiful place. We were impressed how clean it was when we got in. The neighborhood is safe and pleasing. The lot, the fire pit and the deck was awesome.

Very nice lake house
We had a great time at our stay here. The only downside is called out in the description; the dock is in a very busy area so not a great place to swim or dock a boat. Otherwise it's wonderful and beautiful location.

Great time at Pine Knob Point
Overall great location with beautiful views! Just know if you plan to bring/rent a boat this location is very busy and will not allow for long term docking due all the boat traffic. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return to SML next year just maybe a different location. Sleeping arrangements were a bit challenging for us-only twin beds on second floor bedrooms. But service and communication was great, checkin/out process was smooth and easy, and house was well stocked!
