Enjoy this amazing waterfront home in one of the best locations on the lake. Three bedroom (1King, 2 Queen), two (renovated) full baths. Home is centrally located to Bridgewater Plaza (less than 1 mile). Prime location to restaurants, grocery stores, boat rentals, shopping, and entertainment. You may also just want to relax and enjoy the many amenities “Dockside Daze” has to offer including a large dock perfectly situated to enjoy sunset views, Tiki bar, multiple outdoor grilling stations, flagstone patio firepit and dining area, plus large upper covered porch. Tie-ups available for boat owners/renters plus multiple jet ski floating ramps for your use (jet skis and boats not included but available for rent at many local marinas). House includes kayaks, paddleboat, paddleboard, floats, bocce ball, corn hole, ladder ball, badminton, pickle ball, and more. High speed internet with upgraded cable package and Samsung Smart TVs in all bedrooms. Well-appointed kitchen including Keurig pod/coffee pot combination with additional full-size fridge in Tiki bar. High quality bed linens included as well as lake and bath towels. A washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Great lakefront property with an amazing dock and tiki bar!
We have stayed at a few places on SML and this is our favorite. The dock and tiki bar are amazing! Close to Mangos and westlake. Kitchen has everything you need to cook, coffee pot, tea kettle etc all included. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Dockside Daze. They thought of everything, Smart TV's were in every room including the back porch and Tiki Hut. The kitchen was well stocked, don't need to bring a thing. Communication was top notch. The house was beautifully decorated and the bathrooms were up to date. By far this has been one of the best rentals we've stayed at.......thank you Heather and Ken!!

Quiet and relaxing
This was the best little getaway! We wanted a relaxing spot to take the kids for a couple days during spring break to relax and fish and this was perfect! The house had everything and the hosts were amazing. We will definitely be back!

The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. The dock is great, the tiki bar with full fridge- wonderful! The location was perfect, 5 min drive to most anything you need.

Our stay was fantastic and the house was perfect. Everything was super clean and our hosts went above and beyond. The house was really well appointed and the dock and amenities were perfect. In addition the location was ideal - both lakeside location and closeness to restaurants and shops. We had a perfect stay.

House clean and updated. Master bedroom and bath very nice. Beautiful view and the dock and Tiki bar are amazing. Very close to Marina for eating out and coffee if you like. Would definetly stay again.

A wonderful Place to stay and we will no doubt seek out availability here when we desire to re-visit SML. I would ask that owners look at the Dock Ladder as it was difficult climb in/out of water.

April Getaway
The way the owners have the property setup is fantastic. Big TVs, grill, fire ring, bar on dock with TV, etc. Whether you want to lounge in the shade, go out on the lake, or watch the big game it’s setup great. Quality bumpers and cleats on dock to protect your boat. Nice house. Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. We’ve been coming to SML for 20 years and this is the best house we have stayed in.

The listing in very accurate and the owners provide everything that you might need during your visit. We are return visitors and noticed that there have been some upgrades from our last visit. Definitely a property to consider if you're looking for a carefree vacation.

Dreamy Getaway on the Lake
This owner is generous with water toys, yard toys, cozy fireplace and blankets. Plush bedding. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Whole family is in love with this rental on Smith Mountain Lake.

Great stay despite the weather.
We had terrible weather the first two days of our stay, but the house was very cozy and there were plenty of throw blankets for us to snuggle up. The games and puzzles were great! We enjoyed all the TV's and cable access (to watch Penn State win the Big 10 wrestling title). Once the weather improved, we enjoyed the large backyard and the beautiful deck and tiki bar. You can't beat the location. It was our first time at SML and we were glad we were very close to most of the restaurants on the lake.

Paradise at the Lake
This is a wonderful home to stay where you feel right at home. Owners have thought of everything! And the lake….lake front to this beautiful lake where there’s the most beautiful view and direct access to the lake. The entire outdoors areas were perfect for our family and our fun filled vacation! Can’t wait to return to Dockside Daze and SML!!
