Ne tient pas ses promesses
"Douche du RDC pleine de moisi. Pas d'eau chaude les 2 premiers jours. Peu de vaisselle dans la cuisine. Canapé en très mauvais état. Jacuzzi non fonctionnel dans une pièce insalubre. Piscine mal entretenue (on nous a promis un intervenant que l'on a jamais vu!). Impossible d'avoir le détail réel ..."

"There was NO TERME, NO POOL, only smell of sulfur. False advertising. The property needs urgent full remodeling. It's a disaster. Broken furniture, mold, peeling paint on balconies... However, it has nice views and surprisingly good restaurant with great fish dishes."

"All the staff are super friendly and help full. The Hotel was fantastic!! The beach was amazing!! Everyone went out of their way to help us find things to do around Naples. We were there for over a week and do not have anything negative to say. We will be returning in the Fall and will be staying ..."
