Firstly the hotel never replied through the messaging service so I telephoned and despite language difficulties was given a code for the machine outside the hotel to issue a door key. "Budget hotel so for the cost it is extremely good value. Would have liked a hand towel for the separate sink area, but just two bath towels provided for the wet room style toilet/shower. Continental style breakfast was good for the first two days, but on our last day (a Monday) there was very little on offer. The room was small but adequate and the bed was very comfortable. There is free WiFi, but unfortunately this went down half way through our 3night stay and was still down when we left. If...

Horrible stressful experience

On arrival the machine was not working the tel number was not answered. Horrible, we were tired and cold with no way to get into a room. Another tel number was displayed on the machine and eventually we were let in and given a key. Overall a horrible experience so stressful believing that we might have to look for a hotel so late when we were so tired. Never again"
