Overall stay was very good. Close and convenient to our concert location. The hotel charged us for the room upon checking in. I mentioned that I had paid online but they said they had only taken my credit card information. After paying, I checked my credit card statement, to realize, I had already paid for the room. I had to go back to the front desk and get reimbursed for the double charge.

The morning staff lady was very nice and helpful when my daughter dumped orange juice all over the place.. which was important to me. Very nice an family like place to stay. We had a good time.
