"This was a very clean and friendly basic property. Our view was incredible. Parking was convenient. This is not a luxury property and it is wonderful at being exactly what it is. Safe. clean. Fun. Near the beach. The mattresses are challenging and this property is very popular with the party crowd. As a quiet couple we still felt right at home and truly appreciated the value and location. The staff could not have been any nicer. Thank you for a great stay. "

"We stayed for over a month, and we doubt with a gentleman by the name of Rui, at the front desk. He was so incredibly helpful, friendly, insightful, and gave us some phenomenal suggestions. No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. He gave us ideas for places to go, restaurants, bakeries, local things to do, and if we had any issues at all, they were dealt with, in an expedient fashion! Fabulous room, we upgraded to a two bedroom suite overlooking...

"Our overall experience was good. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel was looking a little tired and could do with a spruce up but it was clean. Our first day by the pool was ruined by a bunch of rowdy men shouting and swearing, hence we went to the beach and never went back to the pool. We were all inclusive and the food was excellent though the bbq grill at the muthu garden was absolutely terrible. Firstly they argued we had not booked but i could quite cleary see my name on the list....
