"The whole place needs massive renovations and did not jusify paying over 3100 euros for a 1 bedroom apartment. Considering the week after (we went on UK half term) the price drops to a third of a price, I would consider it a total rip off and taking customers for a ride. The owners admitted they are going through a 4 Million euro renovation project next summer which goes to show the state Alpina property. Don't go there until it is renovated in 2026. "

"Bardonecchia is a ski resort, so accomodations are mostly ski lodges. Do not expect any large hotel chains here. We were here for 5 nights in June and had a great time. Location is close to train station and to the main street where you can find lots of restsurants. The views are amazing and did lots of walks. "Communication for property was fine. Told us codes etc in a SMS message. Upon entering the property the place seemed clean until you saw up close. We were a family of five and the accommodation served its purpose. It was close to the kids ski schools. The bath / shower water was very temperamental. "We had a great stay. Property was clean and we found it was a high quality apartment with amazing views to the mountains. It was exactly as described with regard to the ski in-ski out description - there were two lifts within a 25 m walk of chalet A.
