Charming cottage with swimming pool in the heart of the Monbazillac vineyard

Former wine cellar renovated into a gîte, comprising 3 bedrooms including a master suite with bathroom and WC. The sofa can easily be transformed into a 140cm bed and each room has a 160cm bed with quality bedding. There is also the possibility of adding a travel cot and a high chair for the little ones.
The accommodation also offers a pantry with washing machine and dryer, a separate bathroom, a separate toilet and a large, very bright living room with a view of the vineyards and the heated swimming pool.

In order to spend convivial moments, do not hesitate to take advantage of the exterior with a large terrace and its furniture as well as a barbecue. The region has good products to offer you!
Sheets and towels are provided and included in the price. We do not provide towels for the pool.

You will be 5 minutes from the Château de Monbazillac but also 5 minutes from the Château de Bridoire.
Access to nearby hiking or cycling trails.
The local winegrowers are waiting for you to discover and taste their wines.

We (the owners of the accommodation) are next door and available to answer your questions or any requests you may have.

Perfection
This property is beautiful. It is immaculate, modern and has everything you need. So handy for the airport and places to explore although the property and pool are so fabulous, we didn’t explore as much as we thought we would. The hosts were very welcoming and answered any queries promptly after booking. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would love to visit again.

Beautiful property
Absolutely beautiful property in a gorgeous location. Fully equipped with everything you could ever want. Peaceful, but not far from Bergerac and all the shops that you could ever need. A real home from home. The pool is just perfect. Coralie and Alexandre were charming hosts, very friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to stay again. Thank you again

Séjour inoubliable dans un gîte de charme au cœur des vignes
Nous venons de passer 15 jours de pur bonheur dans ce gîte exceptionnel ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été enchantés par la qualité de la rénovation : des matériaux de qualité, choisis avec beaucoup de goût, confèrent à ce lieu un charme unique et une atmosphère chaleureuse. Le gîte est encore plus impressionnant que ce que les photos laissaient présager. Tout est pensé pour le confort et le bien-être, avec des équipements modernes et fonctionnels, sans oublier la magnifique piscine chauffée, qui a été un véritable atout pour nos moments de détente. L'emplacement est absolument parfait : niché au cœur des vignes, offrant une tranquillité absolue, tout en étant à quelques minutes seulement de Bergerac. Cet équilibre entre isolement et proximité des commodités a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable, nous permettant de profiter pleinement de cette belle région. Mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c'est l'accueil exceptionnel des propriétaires Coralie et Alexandre. Leur gentillesse est inégalable, ils sont toujours disponibles, attentifs et débordants de bons conseils pour découvrir les trésors de leur région et nous orienter vers les meilleures activités locales. Ce gîte est un véritable havre de paix, dans un quartier calme, idéal pour se ressourcer après des journées bien remplies de découvertes.
