Lovely apartment , amazing view of old Menton.
Nice property, so well equipped, especially in the kitchen. Wonderful view, so great to wake up to it every morning. For part of our stay some of our family stayed. We were so pleased that the sofa bed was excellent, so comfortable. Laurence was super at corresponding, always a very quick reply. Nothing was too much trouble.

We really love the fabulous view from the balcony over the sweep of the bay and old town Menton. The apartment is in a good location and is an ideal base- clean, airy and equipped. We hope to be back!

A Lovely visit
A very comfortable, light and airy apartment - so easy to feel at home! Situated in a very convenient location, with a wonderfully inspirational view, it was was very hard to leave. Thank you Laurence and Patrice for such a great stay.

Very nice spacious property with fantastic views from the balcony
Our second time this year to menton, first time in this apartment. Well equipped and well presented situated in a quiet clean block. Easy train for a visit to Monaco and Nice. Went inland to explore some of the nearby villages on the good local bus service. Was easy to get out and explore the area without a car . Menton is a lovely town with a great choice of restaurants serving lovely regional dishes. Overall, we love visiting Menton and the apartment was a great place to stay, the owner, Laurence was very helpful and quick to reply to any query we had. Overall, lovely apartment, lovely town.

Just perfect!
The apartment is an unbelievable bargain. It is impeccably clean, stylish, with views around 300 degrees of the compass. Check-in and -out were smooth and easy. Parking below the apartment building, with an elevator. Furniture comfy, good kitchen and laundry facilities and a great bathtub. But the key feature is the great terrace looking down over Menton to the Mediterranean. It wraps around the corner of the building to view the Maritime Alps up close. The bedroom floor-to-ceiling window opens on an unused path up the mixed forest behind the apartment. (Yes, there are easy-to-use shutters.) Menton is a quieter spot along the French-Italian Riviera, just minutes by train or car from Monaco, Nice and Antibe in one direction, and Italy in the other. You could walk to Italy. We did walk to Roquebrune-Cap Martin. It is a higher priced part of the Mediterranean, which makes Laurence's place an even greater bargain. In the last two months we have had vacation rentals in Barcelona, Malaga and Granada, and hotels all over ten countries. Without a doubt, this was the finest by far.

C'était notre deuxième séjour là-bas et nous avons encore été impressionnés par l'appartement, surtout par le balcon et sa vue. Il y a beaucoup d'espace, mais la cuisine est un peu petite. La préparation de notre séjour et la communication avec Laurence étaient très bon. Les couteaux de cuisine doivent être aiguisés ou remplacés. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons encore une fois vraiment apprécié notre séjour.

bel appartement très clair avec vue magnifique
appartement propre et très clair, bien équipé, des espaces, avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Menton et la ville a proximité du vieux Menton (5-6 mn pour y aller) même si une petite cote au retour quelques bruits de la ville (scooters ) mais qui restent mineurs.. on est en ville donc il faut accepter cela ... nous avons laissé la voiture dans le garage ce qui était bien pratique et tout fait en bus et en train (Nice. Vintimille, Eze, Monaco...etc ) . La gare est à 12 mn à pied ..

La mer au ciel d‘été
Am Ende hatte ich eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Aufgaben, um Zugang zu erhalten wie einen umfassenden Mietvertrag verstehen, eine Schranke öffnen lassen, Schlüssel finden und später zurücksenden waren vor Ort wie in einem Spiel zu lösen. Die Belohnung war ein sehr schönes geräumiges sehr sauberes und bequemes Appartement mitten im Ort, hoch über dem Meer. Unbezahlbarer Blick vom Balkon und auch noch eine sichere Tiefgarage, wo das Auto getrost stehen bleiben konnte. Alles war leicht zu Fuß oder mit Bahn und Bussen zu erreichen. Gewünscht hätte ich mir noch einen Hinweis schon im Inserat, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitzubringen sind wie auch irgendeinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort, der mir z.B. den Standort der Mülltonnen hätte verraten können. Die Kommunikation mit Monsieur Becu erfolgte nur schriftlich, aber war dank Übersetzerprogramm dann doch klar und sehr freundlich. Merci beaucoup.

Schon die Buchung und der Erhalt der Schlüssel verliefen sehr gut. Laurence ist eine zuverlässige Vermieterin, die auf Fragen schnell antwortet. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und großzügig gestaltet, es fehlte uns an nichts.Täglich genossen wir den wunderbaren Rundumblick vom Balkon, auf dem man auch bei leichtem Regen sitzen kann. Altstadt und Strand sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Diese Wohnung werden wir gerne wieder buchen.

Un petit coin de paradis !
Très bel appartement, calme, spacieux et tout confort, avec une magnifique terrasse vue sur la mer... A 8 minutes à pied de la plage et des rues piétonnes.. Allez-y sans hésiter ! La propriétaire a toujours été disponible pour répondre à mes questions..Le +, un parking sécurisé au sous sol (indispensable à Menton) Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !
