The Pavilion consists of a total living area of approximately 50 m2. It is located in the city center, close to all shops, 120 meters from the sea and 60 meters from the Corso des Fruits d'Or (Fête des Citrons). It has a courtyard where you can spend pleasant moments but also park your car
The accommodation consists of 3 main rooms (living room-kitchen and 2 bedrooms), and a bathroom with WC, namely:
A living room with a table with 4 chairs, a sideboard with TV and a sofa bed.
A fitted kitchen with cupboards, as well as all the appliances including washing machine and dishwasher.
Two bedrooms respectively comprising a 140 bed with a wardrobe each.
A bathroom with WC.

Très bon séjour
Petite maison très bien située en centre ville et près de la plage. Propriétaire très sympa avec présence de son père comme voisin sympa qui peut dépanner en cas de besoin. Nous avons apprécié à la fois le logement et le cadre cadre Menton est très agréable et il y a des quantités de choses à faire dans l'arrière pays.

Trés bon séjour dans cette location
Réception chaleureuse par Marc, le propriétaire, dans un logement propre et vaste, muni de tout le confort pour un séjour agréable (literie très confortable, ustensile de cuisine en nombre et de qualité). La cour intérieure est un plus pour garer sa voiture. Uniquement la salle de douche/WC est trop petite. Totalement satisfait de notre séjour.

Propriétaire adorable, charmante maison près de tout bien équipée et petite cour très appréciable.
Très bon séjour bien que le beau temps n'ait pas été au rendez-vous. Maison bien agencée, au calme et près du centre ville, proche plage et commerces. Propriétaire charmant et très à l'écoute. Très bonne adresse. J'y retournerai.

un lieu tout a fait indiqué pour des vacances réussies , tout y est ! une véritable petite maison avec un atout essentiel , une petite cour permettant de garer votre véhicule ou de profiter du soleil. Cerise sur le gâteau vous êtes à 150 m de la plage et des promenades qui vous emmènent soit vers l'Italie , soit vers Monaco dans la ville bourdonnantte qu'est Menton , un petit coin de tranquillité

le propriétaire fort sympathique nous a proposé un autre de ses appartements car celle ci était finalement prise. cet appartement nous a tout à fait convenu, avec ses 2 chambres avec lits de 2 pers, et deux salles de bain, et cabinet de toilettes indépendants, convenant parfaitement à nous qui venions à 2 couples, la location est spacieuse, propre, parfaitement équipée en électroménager, calme, idéalement bien située: à 5 mn à pied de la gare, et la plage, avec une supérette juste en face, ouverte tous les jours, permettant de faire les courses au jour le jour, nous qui étions sans véhicule. si l'occasion se représente, nous y reviendrons

Très agréable séjour
Un appartement très propre, un propriétaire chaleureux et donnant de bons conseils de visite, une situation géographique très centrale (accès très simple au centre ville, aux commerces, aux restaurants). De quoi passé un très bon séjour. Le quartier est calme et propre, la cour pour rentrer la voiture est vraiment appréciable et évite de chercher une place dans la rue.

Vacances de Noël à Menton
Nous souhaitions louer ce logement mais celui-ci était déjà loué, le propriétaire nous a proposé une autre de ses locations qui est juste à coté de celle-ci. L'appartement au rez de chaussée composé de 2 chambres est très bien équipé, très propre et très lumineux. Il est situé en plein centre ville, proche de la mer, des commerces, et supérette (idéal pour faire ses courses lorsque l'on vient sans voiture). Tout est à proximité pour profiter d'un agréable séjour. Le propriétaire est très accueillant, et d'une grande amabilité, un grand merci de nous avoir reçu, nous avons profiter d'un agréable séjour et d'un dépaysement total dans cette belle région mentonnaise.
