Within the residence we have an underground parking space (for a small sized car e.g. Audi Q2 or Renault Captur) and an elevator. A beautiful sunny terrace facing the Mediterranean ideal for eating and relaxing. The apartment is fully air-conditioned.
I will not be present in person but the We Care Conciergerie team will be by your side from Monday to Sunday from 10 am to 8 pm

The shopping district is located behind the building 5 minutes walk. You will find all kinds of shops there.
The train station is also 5 minutes from the apartment and serves all the surrounding cities: Monaco, Menton, Nice, Cannes
The apartment has a parking space at your disposal, be careful however the parking space is narrow and not suitable for large SUV type cars. The main car park door is 1m70 high in places, so tall vehicles will not be able to enter the car park
The 49m² apartment is located on the Cap Martin promenade opposite the sea and beaches, very close to all the amenities of Roquebrune.
You will appreciate the apartment for its seaview, its large sunny terrace (10 m²), its proximity to the beaches and its sober and elegant decoration. The apartment is ideal for a couple or a family with one or two children.
Please note, however, that the apartment also overlooks a main artery of the seaside of Roquebrune Cap Martin and that it is a busy area which can be noisy at certain times of the day.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and there is also a secure parking space (for a small-sized vehicle e.g. Captur or Q2) in the underground garage.
We provide sheets and towels to our guests as well as an arrival kit which includes small shampoo and soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 garbage bags
An assigned parking space in the basement is at your disposal and included in the rental of the apartment. However, the parking space is narrow and not suitable for SUV type vehicles.
The apartment has a private underground parking space.
Carnolès train station is 500m away and brings you to all the town around Roquebrune as well as Italy
a bus stop for Menton, Nice, Airport and Monaco less than 100m away.
Time from Nice airport is estimated at 46 minute
You can park your vehicle on the public road for around 20€/day or in the open car parks of Roquebrune (Berlioz car park or Bellevue car park) for the same amount.
There is a charge for parking from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., except Sundays and holidays.
Sheets and towels are provided during the rental as well as an arrival kit to allow you to start your vacation. In this kit you will find shampoos and soaps, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 garbage bag.
The cleaning fee includes the cleaning that you will not have to do at the end of the stay and the rental of sheets and towels
