The apartment consists of a bedroom and a living room with American kitchen, it has air conditioning and is 5 minutes walk from Eze Village and 10 minutes from Monaco by car. Wifi is provided as well as bed and bath linen.

Residential area in Eze Village which is a splendid Medieval Village. There are all amenities nearby, i.e. a 5-minute walk away: supermarket, bakery, gas station, restaurants

Travelers must have the car since Eze Village is a charming medieval village overlooking the sea. However, there is bus 112 which passes through the village and takes you either to Nice or to Monaco. For people who have a car, an outdoor parking space is reserved for them.

The apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, television, Wifi and dining table. At the back of the room an open kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, cooking equipment and crockery.
You then have a bathroom with toilet and sink as well as storage and finally the bedroom with plenty of storage which overlooks the terrace like the living room.
The terrace is spacious and furnished with garden furniture.
There is air conditioning in the apartment as well as parking and a swimming pool open to the public from May 3rd to october 3rd

- the village is also 10 minutes from Monaco by car and 20 minutes from the city of Nice
- When arriving by train, you must stop at the Gare de Monaco and get in a taxi or take the 112 bus which stops in front of the station.
- Bus 112 is the bus that serves Nice / Monaco via Eze Village
